I will never do business with this company again. I called days in advance to order a birthday arrangement for my mom. They took my credit card information and said they would drop it off Saturday morning. Well, it’s Sunday afternoon. The delivery was never made and I received no communication from the company. I chose to order from this company instead of a national corporation because I believe in supporting small business. However, whoever is running this company doesn’t seem to be taking their business or customers seriously.

I have dealt with many florists in the 30 years I have lived here, none like All About Flowers. I had specific requests that several of the Stuart florists were unable to fill. Not only did Tabatha get me the flowers that I needed for my wife's Celebration of Life gathering but she went above and beyond my expectations and included a beautiful additional arrangement. Everyone at the service remarked about her flowers. She is also a wonderful person and mom of several beautiful young children. She gets my highest reccomendation. 5 Stars!!!!

Ordered flowers a week ago. They charged my credit card. Never delivered flowers. Never returned 3 voicemails and a Facebook message. Absolute garbage.

We ordered 2 arrangements costing over $150 to be from several family members that couldn’t be present for a funeral. We were ASSURED flowers would be delivered. The following Monday I was notified via an email the items were not delivered. I made multiple calls. Tabitha finally responded via FB message blaming Tele-a-Flora web service stating her shop was under construction. I made multiple efforts to resolve this issue. I entered your store, and I was standing there 5 ft away from you. And I asked you a question where you replied too me . You gave no welcome greetings , nor a farewell, that was rude of you. And mind you I was waiting too ask you my question until you noticed me. You obviously had a bell too allow you too know you had customer.

Tabitha was so friendly and helpful that I will be exclusively ordering all of my flowers and cards from her shop from now on. My grandmother lives in Indiantown and I forgot her birthday, when I told Tabitha the situation she said she would do whatever it takes to make it look like I didn't forget and personalize the order! Her customer service was superb and she is so friendly on the phone. Great customer service is so hard to find these days but Tabitha makes up for it. Fantastic gal!

Late order on a Saturday.. they made it happen for a special birthday delivery to Okeechobee when I couldn't get any okeechobee florist to answer the phone. Really made mom's day. 100% would recommend. Thank you all very very much!!

I couldn't be at my best friend's mother's funeral. So I asked for a premium flowering plant to be delivered. Not only did nothing get delivered but they never called to tell me they weren't going to deliver it. Extremely disappointing.
