Canadians beware!! This store fraudently charges your Canadian Credit Card in CAD with their US exchange rate that includes a markup; WITHOUT advising you they are doing so. It is only included in the fine print on your receipt, which states you are offered the choice of currency, but the cashier does not offer any choice. When challenging the cashier I was told "they were only doing what they were told by their boss." I asked to speak to the boss but they were not in, and would not speak to me over the phone when asked. Only use USD cash here to avoid being ripped off.

I really enjoyed the store. On vacation from Ohio. Bought about $90 worth of items. The girl at the register was not friendly at all though which made my experience not so good. Didn't catch her name but she was young with long brown hair. She had an attitude and did not say anything to me but gave myself and family dirty looks. I tried to hand her my card and she ignored me then after standing there with for a while she finally took my card and allowed me to pay. No thank you, have a nice day nothing. I just think if you work with the public especially in a beach where people are enjoying their vacation you should try to be kind no matter how bad your day is.

Zero customer service. Sales attendant yelled at customer because attendants had 31 boxes to unload. All customers walked out.

the lady at the register was staring us down and up the whole time we were shopping. all we were doing was looking at the tshirts and we ended up buying one but still was rude and had a attitude. If you are a tourist I recommend saving your time and not stopping here.

I never leave reviews but we were shopping at 8:30 and an older lady came over told us to leave and they are closing up for the night. Online it says they close at 9:30, if this was changed they need to update it online instead of making the customers feel stupid. There is also no hours on the door.

I'm a Belleair local & stopped in to buy some gifts for out-of-town guests. I haven't shopped here before but hoped to buy a few clothing items. A and B were behind the counter (I'll spare them the embarrassment of calling them out). Neither was helpful, and in fact they were extremely rude. Neither looked up from their iphones when I spoke to them. When I became frustrated with their disrespectful attitude and asked for a manager they thought it was funny. After an eye roll and smirk B told me A was the manager. I then asked for the owner's contact info and they told me I could look it up online! The owner of this establishment should know that they have extremely rude employees that act like they are doing customers a favor by providing one word responses and zero assistance!

Walked in with 6 of my friends plus a baby. Have had an amazing time so far in Florida, but as soon as we walked in here, everything changed. The older lady at the counter was very rude, staring us down, and making gestures when we were in there for all of 10min. We did nothing wrong, and one of us even purchased something before we realized we weren’t wanted there. She then chased us outside after we left to fuss at us. Never ever go here.
