Just finished 8 AM yoga on the beach with Jamie at the hilton in clearwater. Great class, great instructor, welcoming class. Was very noisy due to cleaning beach,etc., but great class nonetheless. So glad I found through the Mind body ap. Offered daily here and other days/ times at Redington at 10 AM. Was $20.

Great, quiet yoga session on the beach. I went midweek and was the only student there, a lesser instructor would have packed up and left with a class of 1, but Tammy was a great instructor.

Beautiful view, wonderful teachers. I always feel I got a double dose of meditation and yoga pUT together.
