Amy Perry has to be one of the most patient Wells Fargo employees I have ever worked with. I have been a member for over 3 decades, her professionalism and tact is second to none. What she didn't know I am a disabled vet who.has a hard time understanding things and she was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. Thank WellsFargo for this branch for keeping the spirit of great customer service.

Awful customer service! Fist banker made me wait while he hunt-&-pecked out last chapter of WAR AMD PEACE...only then to tell me that ATMs are separate from the Branch (hint: Wells Fargo Corporate says they ARE NOT!) This man also wasted my lunch break and then said I would receive a call back...nope, 2 days later & that didn't happen! LIARS. Don't think I'm going to trust the with my $ going forward!

I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 15 years. I love the bank but unfortunately have had numerous problems with this specific branch. The latest experience was especially annoying. I needed a simple two page document notarized urgently. It was clearly written and easily decipherable as a standalone document. However, it was one of many in a 60 page packet of documents. This two pager was the only document in the packet that required notarization. Unfortunately the IHB branch employee and the branch manager were unable to understand that it was a standalone document. They said it was numbered page 15, so they must see the entire document. I explained that IS the entire document, please read it. Still they refused to notarize it. They didn't take the time to read it or maybe they didn't have common sense to understand that it was a standalone document. I called three other notaries and all of them stated they understood and would be happy to notarize it as a standalone document.

There is one teller for the drive through and inside. So sad. All their tellers must have quit. So sad to run a bank like this.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years. I love this bank. To the people who complain about the fees, there are ways to avoid them. But this review is supposed to be about this branch. The people in this branch are incredible. The customer service here really can't be beat. They are attentive to every one of my needs and my stupid questions

The Indian Harbour branch has absolutely horrible customer service. Took me 20 min to open a brand new account at Indialantic WF. Opened a business account here and took over an hour. Just stopped in to get a safe deposit box and they said it would be an hour wait because the banker was opening a checking account....unreal. They also leave the phone off the hook or turn the ringer off because nobody answers on Saturdays while they are open

Stopped in to deposit checks and was greeted by 4 "bankers" too busy standing around chatting with each other to even try to up sell me an add on to my account. Meanwhile a single teller tried to handle a line of customers like me. After a 15 minute wait in line while the teller dealt with one customer with a complicated issue, gave up and left. This site doesn't have an ATM machine other than one in the drive thru lane which had a line of cars.

Very friendly and supportive all the times when I went there. I opened a bank account there, got cheques, cash etc. We always found a suitable solution for my requests.
