I went into the verizon store today in dire need looking for some assistance with my verizon account. I was immediately greeted by a man named Philip. He was nice and willing to help me with my problem. Philip went out of his way to get to the solution at hand with my bill. I'm impressed with Philip's knowledge and his understanding of how verizon works. I will definitely go back to Philip if and when I need help with my account/phone!

Went in to trade an ATT phone to Verizon (due to bad major lack of service in setting up wrong acct type and refused to fix it)…anyhow Eddie Lewis the manager at this store was so helpful and professional in helping us move this line to our family plan that we walked out with 3 total new iPhone 15s and a much better family plan and insurance coverage. One stop shopping and honest, professional service -Go see Eddie or one of his team members! Eddie is awesome and a rarity in customer sales and service today. ?

Lexa is the one to see! We came in to today to make some changes/upgrades to our phones. Lexa provided not only options, but guided us through what worked best for us!! We can not thank her enough! Going above and beyond is rare to find anymore! Appreciate all her help, kindness, and understanding!!

Dropped a phone into the water, so needed a new phone right away. Service was GREAT! Explained all the options and even though the old phone was dead, got much of the data out of the cloud. The only issue is that all Verizon stores have a limited stock of phones on hand (we had a choice of 3 Samsung models - all in black).
