I own a business in the area and have had an account (& PMB box) with the UPS store in Indian Harbour Beach for over 6 years now.
Jay and the team are simply outstanding ... they provide excellent customer service / support and have created such a pleasant atmosphere in the mix of all the hustle & bustle that goes along with a vibrant UPS store.

Jay was incredibly helpful today with sending a parcel via international shipping. While confirming the address, my toddler was getting restless so both Jay and Fernando gave her little tasks to do. They were fantastic with her and made my life much easier! Thank you!

Kelli was FABULOUS due to her immediate aid and, genuine wish to Aid, a truly great smile that put everyone in the vicinity at ease during hectic business hours, and she deserves a 10 of 10 for Quality Service and personality in any capacity! I'm a prior business owner and former near 30-year former UPS package driver. This opinion I would hope to educate whomever wherever she finds herself working would utilize this person in a role and feel confident their business is in good hands for the future.

I recently moved into the area, and Jay has been very helpful in our move. I opened up a PMB box and I’m always grateful of the way. I’m treated every time I walk into the store. I highly recommend this store for anyone who’s looking for a mailbox or wants to do business with the UPS store.

$2 for a strip of tape = WORST customer service of all time.
I have used UPS for many services including shipping, Amazon returns and notary services. Normally a pleasant experience.
I always tape my packages when they’re “customer packed.” But I’m on a sailing trip and don’t have tape with me. I stopped here to make a return and their policy is to charge $2 for a strip of tape! That’s insane.
The manager even said to me when I politely asked for some kindness and to wave the charge for one strip of tape as I live out of town, “I’m moving to California tomorrow so I don’t have to deal with Florida or Amazon returns again.”
To the owners- this is the type of person you’re employing in your stores. Your associates don’t believe in your policies and even go so far as to say they don’t have to deal with them again as though this is common. Please offer free tape to those who don’t abuse your kindness. $2 is just plain too much in a world like we are living today.

Typical average UPS store location Nothing exceptional to note. Ample parking as its located in a shopping center, however beware as traffic is a bit oblivious to pedestrians.

Never did I think I’d leave a review for a UPS, but here I am! If you want your day to get a little better, literally pop into this store. Every time I’ve been here Jay always shows himself to be the kindest, most joyful, most helpful, smiling person. Customer service doesn’t see employees like him anymore. Literally I leave with a better attitude after coming to this store! Lol. UPS is lucky to have him. I definitely appreciate the efficiency here and being able to come in on my lunch break to get things done quickly.

They are SO SO BAD , they will rub you without gun, to send 0.44 lb book overseas they will charge over 200 dollars for regular shipping YOU GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS AND I HOPE YOU SHUT YOUR DOOR SOON THIFS
