“No one has ever said, gee let's move today, and were excited to be doing it. But the next time I have anything to be moved I am using U-Haul and will be glad to do so. What a great experience! The guys, Joel and Gary, took great care of us. Joel determined the best rig for our job was one of the 5ftx8ft trailers. The trailer was a perfect match for the load I had to transport and it was easy to tow with my little pickup. Joel was able to recommend the hitch receiver for my truck, since I did not have one, and had it on hand. Joel even tested my truck wiring to be sure all the lights worked for the hitch wiring. A huge plus was being able to rent all the furniture blankets we needed for just a few dollars; saved me a bunch of money as I didn't have to buy them myself. We did the 200mi trip and had zero issues with the trailer or the load being transported. I had huge misgivings about transporting of the very expensive custom loft bed I had just completed building, especially in a trailer. But everything made the trip in perfect condition. Thanks Joel, Gary and at front desk miss Kaitlin. You folks are the best!”

They have unrestricted free wifi access, a community free exchange area where you can leave no longer wanted items for others to make use of and save from going into a landfill and they treat you how you treat them. If you don't leave a mess and are respectful. They leave you to do your thing.Keep up the good work U-Haul. It's great doing business with a company that has common sense.”

“Renting my van went without a hitch. The guy at the desk was very nice and didn't try to upsell me. He did a great job explaining everything. I was done with my truck 2 days early and had no issues returning it early, which saved me some money. For a 113,000 mile u-haul van it was in fine shape and I appreciated that I wasn't greeted by any strange smells. This was way better than my last Penske rental experience.”

“Renting moving trucks and trailers can sometimes be difficult at a few locations. At this location it was really easy. this location was not very busy at all I walked right in and checked in right away. I booked the trailer online about an hour ago. They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.”
