“This is "the place" for storage if you live on beachside. This facility is not only climate controlled, but it is air conditioned. Big difference I learned and found out. We only have a 5x10 space as there was nothing larger that we could ascertain due to the long wait list for any of their storage spaces. They even have an on-site wine cellar, and their public bathrooms are country club worthy. They put a lot of thought, and money into this storage facility and it shows.
One negative as you might have guessed, yes it is priced higher than its competition but you do get an air conditioned climate inside, versus a climate controlled environment, and again that is a well received difference if someone is concerned about their personal property in the Florida heat and humidity in summer season.”
“Bryan (I hope the spelling is correct) provided excellent, friendly, efficient customer service. This is by far my best U-Haul experience to date. I’ve never gotten through the process of getting into a truck and getting on my way as quickly. There were zero issues. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and the tank was full.”

“Renting my van went without a hitch. The guy at the desk was very nice and didn't try to upsell me. He did a great job explaining everything. I was done with my truck 2 days early and had no issues returning it early, which saved me some money. For a 113,000 mile u-haul van it was in fine shape and I appreciated that I wasn't greeted by any strange smells. This was way better than my last Penske rental experience.”

“Penske is always good and cheaper than the competition. We’ve used them for several long moves. An example we moved from Southern Utah to Palm Bay, Florida with a 16’ truck and car dolly with unlimited mileage for $2500, UHaul was $5900+, PODS and moving companies were nearly as expensive at $4k +. The truck had less than 20k miles and we averaged 12 mpg, you can’t do that in aU-Haul.”
“Renting moving trucks and trailers can sometimes be difficult at a few locations. At this location it was really easy. this location was not very busy at all I walked right in and checked in right away. I booked the trailer online about an hour ago. They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.”

“Customer service is lacking, but overall, it's a decent facility. It's well-lit and feels secure at night, thanks to gated entry and exits. However, the interior layout is somewhat confusing and maze-like, and it doesn't feel as climate-controlled as advertised. In general, it's okay, but it feels overpriced for the amount of storage space provided.”
“I was originally going to put a low score because they didn't call me to let me know that the part wasn't in. So I drove there for nothing, Fortunately, the part was coming in later, so I made an appointment for the next day. In fact, he called me in earlier. I drove there and luckily I didn't leave, because the installer told me that only the wiring was there, but the hitch was not. OH Brother. This was a Friday. I guess we had a misunderstanding, because when I called on Monday to see if it came in, it had been cancelled!!! I was peaved!!! He ordered it again, however, now I had to wait another week. I spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and gave me a discount. On Sunday, I called to see if it came in and yes it did. On Monday, I took the car in and nearly 15 minutes after I got home, I get a call, I was like, oh no what could it be. Much to my surprise, it was all done!! I was like wow that is fast!! I am very happy!!”

“Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Indian Harbor Beach. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I had no issues getting in or out when accessing my unit to put in things and when I emptied it. Everything was clean and looking good. The app is very helpful to open the gate, no pushing buttons.”
