We had just moved here and needed some work done on our vehicle that was only 5 years old. Everywhere we went to look for help treated us the same, didn't care, no transparency, and gave us pricing quotes so outrageous it was obvious they needed to make monthly sales goals or needed to pay off their boat and we were the answer. THANKFULLY, we found Alan and his team. Not only did they do amazing work, but everything was explained to us in detail so we could understand what was happening and what was going to happen, especially pricing. Alan absolutely understands customer loyalty and the value of long term customer relationships. We no longer ever have to worry about where to take our vehicles! Thank you Alan and your team for being so professional and delivering exactly what you said you would.

Alan helped me resuscitate my 2010 Honda Element. It had a blown engine among other things. It was a big job and it took time, effort and money. He patiently worked with me every step of the way. He was gracious and gave me THE BEST DEAL possible from start to finish. I would not have been able to this anywhere else. Thank you Alan! Alan runs a very respectable and honest business. Came in for an oil and filter but they identified one of my brakes were seized and were able to squeeze in brakes and some other fixes. Alan didn't just tell me, he was honest and showed me the issues, visually and by explaining it mechanically. Joe and William also did a great job with the manual work.
I have a 20 year old truck that's in overall good shape but their team knew how to fix it up well.

I brought my car into this place. I left with a high water temperature. My radiator was out of fluid. I have a 2019 Subaru outback that’s been well serviced got my tires replaced and now my valve stems aren’t relaying to my car and they say that’s not their problem. He actually hung up on me and cussed me out. do not recommend this place to anybody they’re out of their mind. Come to find out when I looked at my two back struts that were supposed to be new. They replaced my two front struts instead I don’t know what’s wrong with these people, but they are in a different time zone.

Alan & his guys are a Godsend!!! FINALLY, I found an honest mechanic to work on my old Hummer H2. I cannot even begin to express how fortunate I feel to have these guys right down the street. They actually, genuinely care not only about my vehicle but about me as a customer. If you’re tired of being lied to, disrespected, time wasted & overcharged for subpar work, call these guys. You absolutely will not regret it!

Took my vehicle in for a brake job. They didn't tighten the lug nuts. Our wheel fell off while driving causing almost 7k worth of damage to our vehicle. Owner would not cover the cost of the repairs even though he assumed liability and admitted they were at fault. Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies from you.

I was in need of a hose that decided it was going to leak out coolant on a Friday! I've been having on and off issues with that system(not that long ago it was a water pump ?) hopefully that settles it all. I was expecting the worst, explained my concern and it actually ended up being somewhat smaller compared to what I was expecting. Alan and his crew said they would try to get it all taken care of in the same day, despite being busy and they did not disappoint. They got me up and running again by the end of the work day and I am thrilled by their wonderful work, attention to detail and their honesty! I would definitely come back.

I have never had a good time at any place automotive related. Until today, I called around to over a dozen places looking for one tire for my car.I called here and said, I need a tire. Just one, I’m a little broke right now so I can’t afford the fancy $325 tire the dealership tried to get me to buy.He came back and saved the day and had the perfect tire for me!Easy to get to location, they worked quickly, let me and my son watch some TV too!In and out in less than an hour and under $100.Thank you Only Choice Auto for your help!I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else ever again.
