I stopped at the store and joe the manager was Very friendly and responsive to my need he saw.I was stressed about all the calls.I even joked about when you cursed them out they probably call you more! He went to The App and quickly Made it wearily my contacts can call me And he was very proficient and professional. I give Joe and the store 5 stars.And when I need to buy a phone in a few months I am going there/ If the Viera store told me they didn't know a thing about it.And when you call the customer service number , they were clueless about As well And I had changed my number twice In the last three years because of this problem great job joe! 5 stars!”
