So glad I came here. After hours dealing with the other guys, I was put to ease with the calm atmosphere and staff professionalism. Got a tracking number and was happily on my way. “Joshua at UPS Store saved us a big headache today. Dropped off a package earlier in the day but needed to retrieve it back. Went back at 5 PM where I'm sure there were hundreds of packages ready for pickup and a long line behind me. He was able to pull the package quickly and returned to the line without missing a beat.

“Very convenient to use the self-service kiosk. Even after the working hours. The foyer is open, so you can drop off your prepaid package at any time and get a receipt with the tracking number on it as well. No line, no wasted time, no problem.”
“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
