“I go out of my way to go to this location just to see Bud and the paint department. Painting is mostly what I do and he’s such a character full of knowledge and so helpful. You never have to chase him down and ask for help. He always approaches you when he sees you and ask if he can assist you. Unfortunately, checking out is not as easy at the Pro checkout. This morning there were seven people in line with one register open. I saw an associate behind the Pro desk and ask if she could get some help so she came out and rang up people. When you see seven people in line, especially pros who are trying to get to work I shouldn’t have to ask you to open another register. You should just be smart enough to put customers first. Go Bud!!!”
