I have been a customer for more than 30 years. This year I was dropped based on an accident that was not my fault. State Farm spends $1000s on marketing with “Jake” and “Luda,” yet will not fulfill agreements. I will never be a customer again. Progressive is now my provider, who has an amazing website, app, and customer service. Progressive is also much cheaper. I recommend Progressive over the State Farm rip off.

Twenty years with this agency. After speaking with my agent yesterday, I know now why they have such a lousy rating.Forty five years with state farm and it doesn't mean a thing.

Been with them for years for Homeowners. Horrible no customer service this year. Horrible. Changed Agency. The lack of follow up by Justin was incredible, cost us alot of stress and another 125.00 for a 4 point Inspection. Beware, choose elsewhere.

Bit of a Repeat shuffle finalizing Paperwork , which I was in person to do. Nice offices , very pleasant receptionist.No insight , and hopefully there won't ever be any , as to response time(s) to pending Insurance Issues.Would recommend for Now !Excellent Cost Effective Auto Plan .... Like up to 4x the coverage of my previous Insurer , at appx $80 less per month.

Be careful, have used them for the past 16 years for auto insurance, got a quote to insure a dirt bike, paid $100 for a year of coverage, a few weeks go buy and I get a bill for $168 additional, bringing the goal yearly premium to $268, I cancelled the policy as if I would of know they were going to increase the rate I never would of went with them, I was told I would be getting a refund, check came and was for $60, it was prorated of the higher amount, a few weeks of coverage cost me $40

Terrible service! They are very friendly and happy to take your money but if you need anything related to a claim they will pass you around until you just give up. This office doesn't even get along with their own claims office which is pretty telling. Tried to elevate it but Dan Barnett refuses to return a phone call or meet in his office. I just left State Farm after a loyal 35 years. I would stay away from this office before you actually need your insurance.

Awful experience getting Dan Barnett's office to review a claim. They never call me back so I have to initiate every step of the process. Took months for their office to even get their claims department to call them back! They overlooked the most obvious components of the claim even though I sent pictures and sent me a blank form letter with no explanation. No follow up and they just don't care about their customers. They collect enough premiums to laugh all the way to the bank. Dan Barnett will not respond to emails or phone calls so I ended my 35 year relationship.
