I have been banking with PNC even before when it was National City. Recently I went to deposit cash at the ATM (since most of the branches are now cashless) and twice now it declined to take my cash, spitting it back at me telling me transaction denied. Maybe it's a sign they're going out of business. I would like to feel secure banking with them, unfortunately I don't think they'll be around much longer.... especially when a cashless bank doesn't want to accept cash

Drove all the way over here to cash your check, only for them to tell me is it a cashless Bank, PNC is absolutely the worst bank anyway. How stupid is a cashless Bank.

Very odd. They closed the Drive thru and don't have Tellers or Customer Service or cash inside. They only have an ATM and one person at a Desk inside. I asked what was going on and was told a lot of people from California have moved into the area and they bank differently. They're catering to them. They take pictures of their checks and don't come into the bank. Huh?! There's an PNC ATM just across the bridge. They don't need a whole building for an ATM. Don't know what they're thinking. Shopping for a new bank.

Just awful. They don't do anything. Have to go to a 3rd branch just to cash a check. Time to find a new bank.

Terrible branch with no customer service inside. No way of withdrawing money unless it’s from the atm and no way for this location to print you a new card. Only was told to drive 20 minutes to the west Melbourne branch for assistance.

They removed all the tellers and sat a lady in a chair directing you to the ATM. Get all your money and cash out before they tell you you its gone.

OK at best. Branch manager should be replaced, as she seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful and snotty.

Absolutely not customer oriented branch. I dealt with several branches of PNC bank and this one is the worst, starting from the manager.
