We have been back multiple times, as the service level is very high. Extreme kind people and they all try their upmost to get exactly what you are looking for. So many unique jewellery and custom made with our own design. I highly recommend.

I’ve known Kempf’s Jewelry for well over 2 yearsI still remember my first visit to service my WatchFrom the moment I walked in, i was greeted warmly by the staffThe store ambience is amazing, creating delightful shopping experienceThey have great high quality jewelry, I’ve bought my beautiful gold ring from themI talked to Rhett a lot about watches especially Rolex & Tudor, he is very attentive & knowledgeableI showed my interest to some of the pieces that i like. He took the time to understand my preferences and let me tried on a couple exhibition model they hadThey have a lot of inquiries for some models, so there will be a wait time he explained& fast forward this is our second Rolexes from KempfI will always recommended this jewelry store for anyone who look for high end jewelry or looking to buy their first Rolex

The staff at Kempf's Jewelers is knowledgeable and professional as an authorized Rolex dealer. I brought my Rolex in for service and am pleased with the results. Complete overhaul with a new bracelet, my 40-year-old watch is as nice as the day it was new. Highly recommend!

Brought my vintage (1977) "President" to Kempf's for repair and refurbishment. The watch was returned on time and for the estimated price quoted. I was very happy with the quality of work done by Rolex. I wore my watch for three days and ended up rubbing against a metal table and scratching the case. I called Kempf's, and they were very understanding and said to bring it by to see what could be done. Took it in, and they were able to buff the scratches out about 80% and at no charge!I definitely recommend Kempf's for their great service, Rolex/jewelry selection, exceptional service, and knowledgeable staff!Thank you again, and see you soon.Regan
