Very helpful to solve a problem with sizing a ring. I found that they have a nice selection of necklaces, bracelets, and rings.They have some BEAUTIFUL TURQUOISE necklaces and rings.Their pearls are beautiful!!If you are looking for something unique, give them a try!!

Creepy business!!! I'm a very unsatisfied customer! I came to pick up my earrings and found out they were bent and not repaired the way we discussed. Then Louis bent the clutch while we were in his store. He mounted plates we had discussed the wrong way on one of the earrings also, and when I pointed out all of this, he said I still can lock earrings any way, absolutely ignoring my concerns. The earrings were perfectly round before, but he said he didn't bend them. He became very rude and condescending to me, and acted like I was nobody. I grabbed my keys and waited for my husband in the car. Lewis said it will take him another week to fix them the way I want, he has other jobs to do. Then when I told my husband to go and get my earrings back so we could take them somewhere else for repair, he would not give them back and had them repaired (if you can call it that) overnight. He never listened to what I requested for repair, he said to my husband, he knows better what his customers want. I got my earrings with deformations and now I have to get them re-done elsewhere. So, this is my story. Never again!

Dropped off a piece of jewelry to have design changed...was told I would be phoned with estimate...never was...got phone call that it was ready...when picked up the piece was not changed like I asked...horrible job, done half assed...and charged three times as much as the piece cost me originally...I would not recommend that anyone use this so called jeweler...he's a fraud and a thief!

I sold several pieces of gold jewelry to 5th Avenue Jewelers as scrap gold. The owner, Vicki and I agreed that all the rubies, sapphires and diamonds would be returned to me. They returned the rubies and sapphires but would not return the 10 fully faceted marquis diamonds from a pair of earrings. I went into the store to inquire about the diamonds and saw my earrings for sale in their display case with my 10 fully faceted diamonds still in the setting. They did not pay me for the diamonds. This is downright theft in my opinion. Be careful where you spend your money this holiday season.

I took my grandmother's wedding band and engagement ring here to be re-sized after my girlfriend said yes to my proposal. The rings had to be re-sized from a size 9 down to a size 6 to fit my fiance. I wanted to make sure I went to a place that I could trust to handle this without damaging or destroying something of such personal value to me and my fiance. Fifth Avenue Jewelers is that place! The owners make and design their own rings, so re-sizing was a piece of cake for them. The store is locally-owned and because of that, the owners really do care about their customers, and were very happy to be part of such a special moment in our lives. I will gladly return to Fifth Avenue Jewelers for business.
