Bought a perfume, it was defective and could not use it.

The unfriendly manager, Scott, seems to have a speech impediment. Despite my efforts to engage with him for months, he consistently frowned, looked strange, or made odd remarks.
While he may not be the ideal person to befriend when entering the store, he serves the purpose of a dollar store.
