I called the pharmacy on a Thursday or Friday because they had a hard to find medication for my husband. The pharmacist (so nice) on duty promised to hold the medication for 10 days because we needed to wait for the prior authorization to come through. ( Med a already filled with a coupon card, because it's very expensive) I called on Saturday to see if it went through yet. It had not... Instead what I got was a rude reply from the pharmacist ( not the same guy) he said he had to put it back on the shelf and I replied no! I was promised you'll hold it, since there was a coupon filling in. Eventually, he agreed bc I was right. But he didn't like it. He was argumentative and very rude. He should not be working customer service. I have never been treated like this at a CVS. I've always had great experiences.

This CVS never answer their phones and when they do they put you on hold. They always have long lines at their drive thur window.

While this pharmacy may not receive the highest feedback, it has been my preferred choice for years, consistently meeting my needs. Despite occasional busyness and the demanding nature of their job, especially on New Year's Eve, the pharmacist and the entire staff have always impressed me. Extend them some grace and understand that they are doing their best to promptly fulfill prescriptions amidst a hectic environment.

Pharmacy manager was extremely rude! I went to pick up a prescription which they had no record of. I called my doctor to have it called in again, and the pharmacy manager, John Gagnon, yelled at me for asking him a question while he said he was on the phone, called me rude for interrupting him, then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t serving me. He then folded up the drop off counter and told me to get out! I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life! Another employee told me that there have been other complaints about him as well. I had to go to another drug store to get my prescription filled. Stay far away from the Indialantic, Florida CVS!

Today I placed an online order to be picked up at this store. I was having my co-worker pick it up using my order # & name. After receiving the confirmation it was ready, he went in with my info, and the manager (Tom) informed him that there was no order there with my name, and that they do not use order #'s. I called and spoke to Tom, who was very rude and told me my order was ready, but he didn't know what type of order my friend was there for. Also, told me he had no way to refund me.

This CVS is truly terrible. I hope this reaches CVS HQ. I was unable to get my urgent medications and my friend was unable to get urgent medications for her baby. This is unacceptable customer service.

Don’t waste your time with the pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes now and nothing. There’s always a long line, whether it’s inside the store or the drive through. Rude service too. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else. Thx.

Not a fan of this location. The pharmacy is the worst. They don't answer the phone, and when you go in store, they're rude. No one is forcing you to work there, people! If you hate your job, get a new one!

It was late at night and my daughter needed a charger. We were served by the most poliet and kindest and chipper young lady ever. It was uplifting interacting with her. She also helped us save the most on our transaction. Sadly I cannot remember the young lady's name but she knows who she is. I hope this post makes her smile like she made us smile that night.

Rude, uninterested, Zero desire to provide a minimum level of human to human interactions much less any acceptable level of customer service.I discourage any member of the local community to avoid this store at all costGo to a local business or Walgreens is you must seek services of like kind
