I’m a very hesitant social shopper…. I found CB somehow and started following the daily live. I’ve order I think 7 items over the past month and have been VERY impressed. Boutique quality, great prices, perfect packaging and on time shipping.
I. Watch. Daily. Now. And….she/they make me laugh when I don’t have time to go shop. ♥️?

returns are impossible.they make impossible,they require paperwork that they do not include with package.NO PHONE only return with store credit----email address is impossible. i hope they enjoy the $100 plus they profitted off of me. that was exactally what happened ---------they made a profit no customer care!!!!!!!!

Found this company accidentally online about 2 years ago and so happy I did. Clothes are amazing and unique. Definitely items you won’t find anywhere else. Limited quantities makes them exclusive pieces which I love. A lot of items are restock friendly which is great when you really love a piece so much and just have to have it. The online app makes it so easy to shop and interact with the owner, employees, and the entries CB community. CB is one of the BEST online shops I have found. Thank you Stef for always bringing us top quality clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories!

Spent a good chunk of time in store shopping. Tried on 3 separate items and decided on a PJ set around $60. When I went to check out, THEY TOLD ME THE PIECE HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD!! How can you leave an item on your floor, for purchase, and tell there customer AT THE REGISTER that the item is sold out WITH ITEM IN HAND!! It is clear they care much more about their online customers. I live within 5 miles of this store, first time visitor who will not be back again. What a disappointing experience!

NO stars here. Worst experience ever!!!!! RUN.....You will never get a refund if it doesnt fit or is not the quality you expected! I was forced to purchase to use up my credit....and they charged my card again. No way to contact on phone, i guess because they would never get anything done, due to large volume of complaints! Best take your business else where!!!! No stars here!

The customer service displayed to me was terrible. I tried to return everything I bought and exchange one piece. I went to the website to return it, and it didn’t work. I returned it promptly within seven days. Someone finally got in touch with me 2 1/2 weeks later. I will not be shopping here again. I hate this company and they should refund people their money. How can a boutique work like this online the colors were not the same as shown the sizing was terrible and I’m really not happy customer right now. So…BUYERS BEWARE they are not very cordial. If you have a return and I will not give you your money back.!!!! ALL of the other online shops I shop with her so much more accommodating. This is been a terrible experience and left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely LOVE everything this boutique has to offer. I have not found anything else like it. I always get so many compliments and the quality is amazing of the jewelry clothes etc. shoes. Very unique and worth checking out! I can’t say enough good things! fantastic job to everyone helping there!
