Excellent experience.
Atlantic Pack & Parcel picked up a framed work of art for me from a local auction house. They were extremely patient, answering all my many questions and happily following my wishes for specific packaging. Cost was very reasonable, the package arrived quickly and nothing was damaged (unlike experiences I’ve had with other pack ‘n ship-type places). I’m extremely grateful for their excellent service, ease of communication and payment, and for making it possible for me to purchase items in auctions that are far away from where I live. [Florida to New York].
Highly recommend!!!

There’s not enough space on Google to mention all the things that make A.P.P. legendary. They do it all, and they’re the best at it. Crazy nice people. The cats are nice intermittently. Always makes an errand something that I look forward to.

This place is a great alternative to the understaffed and overcrowded UPS Stores! The owners and employees are fantastic, I've never heard a negative word from anyone in the three or four years that I've been going there. Egress is good and you can usually get in and out super quickly.

I bought an RC plane in an auction house in Florida and I live in New York City. The wingspan of the plane is 80 inches and the fuselage is around 70 inches The plane and wing are so big that usps could not transport it. Atlantic pack and parcel picked up the plane from the auction house separated the wing from the fuselage and stored it at their place for a little over two months free of charge until I found a way to ship it to New York. Charlene and Sophia were always professional, cooperative and supported me through the whole process. I appreciate very much their efforts.

I've been a customer of Atlantic Pack & Parcel for over 6 years! Lauris now operates the store without her super funny partner-in-crime, Scott, who passed on last year. For newcomers and long-timers alike, the store feels like home and always brings a small to your face when you enter. The staff (including the cats!) are super accommodating and friendly. I always get the help I need; in person, over the phone and by email with virtual mail services, notarization requests, shipping, organization, filing and forwarding mail. I love this place!
