I have been to the store four times in the last year and not once has a single employee said hello or goodbye to me. Not once. Employees are not busy with other people, and not even willing to ask for help. I will try to avoid the place in the future.

When you actually need help and dont want to spend 30 minutes wandering around a bigbox store that has components on all 4 corners of the store - Ace is the place. The people are local, knowing common parts to our houses, and are very helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with this store. I ordered a Weber Grill on Black Friday and they assembled it and delivered it to my door in the most professional manner. The employee I worked with, Brian, was fantastic in regards to the coordination and logistics. A top-notch experience.
