They have always treated me very well and with kindness.. But today I asked for passport size photos and the woman who took care of me was the worst.. It's not my fault if she has a bad day.. Or she's fighting with someone.. It's just that Do your job because that's what they get paid for. If they don't want to work, don't go. But don't serve reluctantly, seriously.

if i could give 0 stars to this pharmacy i would, they NEVER pick up the phones, or they just love to leave people on hold. I have been back to back holds for almost 45 min. they have no consideration for people or their time. worst pharmacy in Naples FL.

Came in to purchase an item, saw it was almost 100% more expensive than what Walgreens had it listed for online.I asked them kindly if they could price match their own website.They pretty much told me to kick rocks, that they don't do that even though their price match policy online says they absolutely can.It was such a horrible experience. The manager and the employees were just absurdly rude about it.

ROSA DECIDED TO TURN DOWN AN ID THAT SHE THOUGHT DOESN’T WORK! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED FOR THE STORE MANAGER, AND SHE SAID I WAS TALKING TO HER. SHE IS NOT THE STORE MANAGER. IN FRONT OF A BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS, SHE TOLD A FRIEND OF MINE THAT HIS ID WAS GOOD FOR NOTHING. THE ID WAS ACTUALLY THE ONE THAT COMES WITH HIS PASSPORT. HE WAS SO EMBARRASSED. IM REPORTING HER FOR THIS, AND IM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE, BECAUSE THIS FALLS UNDER THE CATEGORY OF DISCRIMINATION. SHE WORKS AT A REGISTER IN A STORE. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE TO SAY IF HIS ID WAS GOOD OR NOT. MY FRIEND USES THAT ID THERE ALL THE TIME!! SHE IS TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNEDUCATED. PLEASE DON’T LET PEOPLE BULLY YOU LIKE THIS. SHE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO SAY WHAT ID IS REAL, AND WHAT ID IS FAKE. SHE CRITICIZED HIM IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!!! SHAME ON HER. SOMETIMES PEOPLE LIKE TO ACT AS CONTROL FREAKS!!!! The place appears to operate with adequate products on the shelf. However, the pharmacy is understaffed, and the store is too small for the community, but that’s something with cooperation to address than those serving on-premise. Having experienced two stories locations in the past, I think the location deserves an upgrade. The location traffic seems robust, meaning supply must meet demand or close to it to gain optimal efficiency!

Stay away from the drive through COVID test .I scheduled a rapid test ( results by email in 2 hrs) ,for 1pm appointment .Got on line at 12:20, had 5 cars in front. I got up got the window at 1:40, the pharmacist tells that my appointment was at 1:pm. “ Is this a joke?”She tells my to wait 24 hrs for results even though is a rapid test.Scariest thing is that she never showed me anything with my name or asked me for ID. Not sure where my swab thing was placed. Didn’t see anything with my info.Cutting corners and horrible customer service. Be smart, go somewhere else!!!

I have never experienced such a profound lack of costumer service in my life. Not only did the woman lie to me but completely denied my service. I went in to take my passport photo unaware that I couldn’t wear a tank top; the woman in the front rudely told me that I couldn’t wear something sleeveless, I informed her that I had another shirt in the car which she followed up by saying that I also HAD to take off my jewelry. After changing into a blue flannel with barely any white stripes and taking off my jewelry I went back in to her comments once again. This time she denied my service and told me that I could not be helped. She was at the cash register not at the photo area so I asked for the member in charge that of which she responded that she was the picture person and looked at me with zero remorse or help.I then went to my car and looked up the passport clothing policy which stated that jewelry was acceptable and that as long as the clothing wasn’t directly white it did not matter. I feel sorry for the woman that felt the need to rudely deny my service and my appearance.I will never return to this establishment.

Pharmacist have no consideration to people that are in need. Sick people at that. Even after I told the pharmacy manager I would complain her response was “go ahead”. It’s like they know they can act like that & not have any repercussions. Sad sad excuse for Walgreens. Do better please

I call the Louisiana store to get a prescription transfered to the Immokalee store @ 1450 Immokalee Drive in Immokalee, the person in LA. explained very professionally I needed to call the store here in Immokalee to have them call the LA. store to get the transfer done, I called the Immokalee store told enough personal information to get things started and almost immediately an associate named Priscilla said I needed to call the store in Louisiana and I told her immediately that not true, she said let me get the pharmacist and after what seemed like 5 minute's she came back to the answered as I she had forgotten I was on hold I told her I been on the phone holding for 5 minutes waiting to to talk to the pharmacist and quickly quips no you haven't it been o ly two minutes and promptly thru me back on hold, finally with somebody in the background she ask me for name, DOB and ask me which meds I wanted filled, I said whichever they filled and Louisiana and very loudly and she said ok we will fill them and hung up the phone, Ms Preston, Regional managers your training to this young lady is very unpleasant and unprofessional, I thought you should know.

Went there to retrieve my FedEx packages. The Manager Daniel Puete was extremely rude and condescending. They are doing a very poor job of handling FedEx customers because Desrae was just as rude. They all need a refresher course in customer service esp the manager. .I would not recommend this location- very poor service.

Rude Nasty Staff. If your day is bad or something don't mean you take it out on customers. If you don't like your job then leave. Not even just a rude tone but actually told us "No! Go! Try da dallar store. Go!". It isn't spelled right because trying to show how she said it. It was a big black lady. All my friend asked was if they carry sewing thread. Could be answered by a simple "no sorry we dont" or "i don't know" if they are really lazy.
