We do not recommend this jewelry store because they do not to defunds and the jewelry are not good they fall of the jewelry do not stay on your body . Earing falls from your ear all the time .the necklace fall a the time .and the jewelry are not good do not go to this place it's a store it's a scam .

The 2 mexican/ guatemalan women there are racist! Im a black woman came . I asked if i can pawn this charm and get it back . She wanted to give me $13 dollars on 14k gold jewelry I had for years. The was a skap in the face. I knew this was more of value. I went to another Pawn shop and they gave me $50.00. I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

FRAUD!!!! SCAM ARTISTS! Not only were they rude but they chose to speak Spanish to each other about my husband as though he did not understand. My husband not only speaks Spanish but proved them wrong!!!

Apparently they don't give refunds, so once you buy it, your stuck with it. Even if you didn't wear it, use it or you just don't like it.
