Was able to replace my rotors and pads and they helped me removed the rotor screws. 5/5 recommend.

I gave owned and operated a few autoshops myself in the past.
My opinion: Auto Hobby Shop has highly skilled staff, who are very quick and friendly.
I have had them do tires, alignments, and replace all 10 coils in my vehicles. It's always great work. Or they can provide knowledge and you can work on your own. Labor and parts prices are highly discounted.

The Auto Hobby Shop has taken on some challenging obstacles to keep these doors open. Thanks to facilitie's higher ups, and the staff at the shop for make it possible - thank you.
However, I feel as though quality to customer care has been compromised, and is lacking. This isn't a facilities that should underestimate the volume of
you consumers the utilize this shop for a multitude of benefits. The main one is obvious, being able to do the work yourself. It's imperative that you employ someone who facilitate this efficiently and properly. This is important, so that the shop...doesn't become an inconvenient visit.
I express this AS a customer, and not just a disgruntled...critic.
Do better.
