This branch really needs some attitude adjustments! I’ve been a member for a very long time and never was treated unfairly or rudely by anyone. My mother got a stroke and I had to take care of her and take care of her finances and she has been a member for over 30 years since the old location that just got tore down which the was the original Barnett bank. Apparently, the Hudson location doesn’t believe in old-school relationships or looking up things, but I had a problem with Jennifer and the teller and she’s been giving me nothing but problems since I moved back after my mom had her stroke. My mom cannot drive. My mom doesn’t even know how to use a smart phone. She has mild onset dementia, and sometimes doesn’t even know what day of the week it is. She is handicap and also a veteran . Jennifer gave me problems and told me that I couldn’t deposit cash into her account because that’s what drug dealers would do and they had a problem with drug dealing within the Wells Fargo office with “trafficking drug money” . I have called and complained about her and I just asked for an apology which I never received, and Billy the general manager accused me of wanting to get Jennifer fired???? I have waited long enough to be treated correctly . I’ve been very fair. Jennifer also treated me so rudely and made me go outside in the hot sun to the ATM a couple occasions instead of doing a pin verification inside the office where I could just go and verify everything when she already knew I was on my mom‘s account since I am her POA. Since the very first time when I was not on the account to put Cash to pay her water bill originally . The staff overall is nice at that branch however, Billy didn’t treat this like it was a serious situation and Jennifer is very unprofessional and I would not recommend going to this branch go to the branch on Ridge Road. I have been very fair and patient . I waited for an apology for her rude behavior, and I never got an apology. All I asked for was respect and help to help my handicap mother and it never got resolved. Wells Fargo do better . She can’t drive or get around and has onset dementia. Unreal ! People need to learn how to delegate and act accordingly to situations in a professional financial institution, such as this. Unreal !

Everything gets made more complicated and difficult. They make up rules and say it’s Wells Fargo policy. Been with Wells Fargo for years and unfortunately just moved next to this location. I’ve had the same documents notarized over 20 times at all other locations and this location refused to notarize and made up some bogus reason why. Not the first time I have issues with this location.

My elderly disabled mother has accounts at the Hudson Fl office. Took her to renew CD with better rate, quietly sat next to her while she explained to Brandon what she wanted to do with her account. He insulted me by saying (paraphrase), I was an out of state daughter who is getting involved in a parents affairs. I LIVE HERE! My ELDERLY parent needs help and implied I was a GOLD DIGGER! Also, Reps will withold options and information. Do your homework before doing business here.

This is the worst wells fargo I have dealt with as a customer of over 15 years. With just one person in front of me, the one and only teller was with them for 20 minutes. There is no sign in for notary services or any other meeting with a banker, so you have to wait for a teller just to check you in. Horrible, inefficient process. This was incredibly frustrating. I'd rather travel further to the next wells fargo then ever come back to this one.

I worked with Ginger Fenton, Personal Banker recently. On both occasions she was very hopeful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I made appointments with her so I didn’t have to wait. She also answered emails to make everything easier for me. If you need any assistance, ask for Ginger. She will make your day brighter.

10-20-2023, I was at this particular facility, waiting patiently to see a bank representative for some professional advice to one of my personal banking accounts there. Unfortunately they were all busy with other customers, and I did not have an appointment. So I was just hoping that someone there would get freed up, and could speak with me before the 5pm. closing time. So I sat there waiting patiently over an hour+, and it was getting towards their closing time. When one of the tellers took a moment to come from behind the customer service counter, and ask if there may be something she could possibly help me with? I explained to her my plight. And she asked me to come up to the counter, and she would do her best to try and help me. Needless to say, she was able to not only help me with my personal banking issue. But she did it with a great smile and attitude! I think she could sense that I was pretty much ready to hear more dissapointing news that she couldn't help with my banking issue. And that I would need make a appointment next week to see a specific bank representative. But she was able to handle this issue pretty easily. So a "SUPER HUGE" shout out goes to no other then Dana there at W/F Hudson branch! We hope that your branch manager is able to read this. And knows that you are without a doubt a HUGE asset to the Wells Fargo Financial Institution. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In five years I've never had a problem with Wells Fargo. They notify me anytime there's a questionable charge, I don't have to put a PIN number in when I call I, they have voice recognition, which is pretty cool all in all I would highly recommend this Bank.

So I went to the bank to cash in some quarter and nickel rolls and first I went to the commercial lane because I have been banking for 40 years and I see businesses go to the commercial lane all the time to exchange coins and pick up rolls of coins that they need for their business. I was rather curtly informed by the teller at the window that they don't take rolled coins because it's too heavy for the drawer. Isn't that the whole reason they have the drawer is for the coins? I know they can't go through the pneumatic system but that's why I see people drive up to the window all the time to exchange coins or to pick up change for their businesses. So then I went inside and I was curtly informed by that teller that they can only give me a couple of coin roll wrappers. Isn't this a bank? Isn't this where you're supposed to bring money? What kind of bank does not give you wrappers to roll coins? When did they stop doing that? Not long ago there was a shortage of coins and people were grateful to get change. Wawa was offering a free sub sandwich if you brought change into them. how can you not get coin rolls from a bank? I should have never left Bank of America.

Had to get papers notarized for DEO. The gentleman that helped me was quick and kind. Gave info to open new account, and did it all with a smile.

They wouldn't notarize a simple document to verify my identity/signature. I brought in two forms of my identification and am a current customer. The guy kept trying to correct me saying my employer has to do it, which is not true. I ended up going to Truist and they had no problem doing it. I tried to call this branch a few times to let the manager know, but no one answered the phone. Debating about going to Truist now.
