Out of 7 interactions with them, all have been negative. Prescriptions promised at at given time and them a day and a half late. Other times they just have not refilled on time as needed.One person says one thing on the phone and then another in person. We were ones that were transferred from win dixie with no other option. They say we are welcome here, but the feelings we get from the store is far from welcome.

Poorly managed pharmacy. I was told they could fill a much needed prescription by Friday evening. I called at 5pm and was told they were busy and couldn't fill it until Sat. When I called on Sat I was told it wasn't filled because of an insurance issue (this was a robot message. I called back to help solve the issue but was put on hold and never taken off hold. I called back and a recording told me there was a two minute wait but after that wait a voice came on saying "please hold" without any opportunity for me to speak. This repeated for 15 minutes until I disconnected. I drove to the pharmacy on Monday and had to stand in line. There were six customers seated in the waiting area. One woman complained that she had waited over an hour for a Covid vaccine. Others were obviously unsatisfied with whatever service they weren't getting. I left the pharmacy with no solutions nor offer of any kind of assistance. If you have a choice, do not patronize this place. (I gave it one star because I was unable to give it zero stars)

The pharmacy staff is great and kind. The regular clerk is helpful. Bathroom is. clean.

Went today for my first Covid-19 vacation and the staff was very pleasant and nice. Clean section for the vaccine’s. The pharmacist was very nice and helped relaxed you if you arent to found of needles. Cant wait to go back for my second dose! Thank you!

So unorganized, the pharmacist shows no pride in her position. The assistant seems to not understand the computers when trying to comprehend a prescription order. I will try my hardest to go anywhere else then Walgreens

I just got my COVID-19 shot at the 14217 US 19 location in Hudson today. They were very short-handed. Dominica (sp?), the only pharmacist working, was also the only one administering vaccines. She was SO pleasant and dealt with the long line of us who were waiting in such a polite & professional manner. She had to run back & forth multiple times that I saw while I was waiting but she did it with a smile on her face. When it was time for my vaccine she did not rush me through but gave me my shot & answered the few questions I had & got me out of there with a smile & a "have a nice day". She really deserves kudos for her pleasant demeanor & great customer service under pressure.

The people up front are very nice but the pharmacy technician is very mean an not helpful an the head Dr. Is rude an acts like you should not have the medication that you are taking an she is very I mean very look down on you an I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

New pharmacist, Amber, is a joke! No customer service skills at all. Rude! Her comments and eye rolls are uncalled for. I will not be coming back to this location ever again, or at least not while she is still working there. I have reported her to corporate and they will be looking into her conduct. She needs some more training in people skills as well as an attitude adjustment. If corporate does nothing to fix this problem or reprimand her, I will take my business elsewhere and not spend another dime at any other Walgreens, and I will let everyone I know how they treat their customers.

This Walgreens is fine to use as a convenience store, but stay away from the Pharmacy! About the worst possible customer service you could expect. They have 1 speed and that's slow and 1 attitude and it's bad.

I recently picked up a new medication and was offered helpful information that eased my anxiety about taking it. I didn't have to wait long and the express pay option is also very cool. Each time I've visited this Walgreens, I've received great customer service and have always been greeted warmly.
