Came to get a new iPhone for my elderly dad. Lefty helped us. What a great guy who gave us fantastic service. He didn’t upsell us. He went over the phones and promos in detail and was patient as my dad changed his mind a few times. We walked out with a new phone and smiles. Highly recommend.

I want to stress the 5 stars is souly because of the employee at this location a young guy named Adrian and I’m probably spelling his name wrong and I’m sorry he deserve better cause he’s great. BY FAR the kindest and most helpful person I’ve been in contact with through Verizon. Give that man a raise!! I hate Verizon over all I do not recommend anyone switching to them BUT if you do go see Adrian. He actually cares and won’t just lie to get you into something.

We have been going to Jon L at the Hudson location for our business cell service for years. He has always been very helpful is getting us new phones and great service. I highly recommend seeing him for all your Verizon needs!

Went in for a phone and came out with a much better plan, better perks and my bill stayed the same! Marcus was very informative and a great salesman. Really hooked me up. Dale and Ralph were also great and helped get all my accessories and put them on my phone. Go in and ask for them!

I was having lots of trouble with my wife's phone. A friend recommended I go here as he has had great success with them. I thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did. They spent a lot of time helping me and I left totally satisfied. I would certainly recommend this store.

Adrian was a huge help in transferring all 3 of my phone's from boost to Verizon..well mannered, professional and in a timely manner..the other two associates were also working together and solving issues for other customers...great team you have at your store..highly recommend this store!!

Called in with a payment issue. Actually I called in twice.. the first call I connected with "Shane" who told me to look up the payments on the app. Zero help, I hung up. I called back hoping to get someone else. I got John this time. John said oh you should call 611. I asked for what? I have my account with you, are you not affiliated with Verizon? He goes "I mean I guess I could look up your payments but I would recommend calling 611"Are John and Shane robots, or are you not teaching your employees the necessary skills to help someone when they have an issue???
