Printing Specialist, Carla, provided great service in printing my postcards. She was informative in advising me how she needed the image to be sent to her and the size of the font that would work best. The results were exactly what I was looking for.

Be very careful shipping from this store or with UPS. I shipped an iPhone out last Wednesday and the UPS employee packaged my iPhone up. With never shipping products I was not informed of insurance on packages. Long story short after the employee packaged my device up he said it’ll be there this past Monday. Well the package arrived at the destination on Sunday. The package arrived intact but the seal that the iPhone was in ripped open and the iPhone case placed back in the box. Filed a claim with UPS and they aren’t taking responsibility and are not investigating this claim any further. Seems like there’s an operation inside UPS to steal customers personal property. And no accountability for their employees actions. With how well this happened it most definitely wasn’t the first time this individual stole property. Beware!

I love this UPS Store. They always have friendly service and a 'can do' attitude. The quality of service has reached another level recently. Diaz and Gaby go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They make this place the best UPS Store around. I live closer to another store but happily drive a few miles further to the Hays Rd one because I always get great friendly service.

Gave store PDFs to print on slightly larger boards for tradeshow tabletop displays. Went to pickup and all 3 prints were un-useable. Store had edited the files so entire layers of images were missing, branding was a different color you could barely see against the background. Left empty handed.
