Worst experience here . The Manager Chloe was laughing and having a great time with the customers prior to me . I thought I would get the same courtesy / politeness - the interaction I had was polar opposite she treated me as if I wasn’t welcomed and it was an issue to help me regarding my concern . UPS may need to retrain employees on customer service/ experience . If you are a person of color and would like to be treated with decency I highly recommend another location maybe even fedex don’t waste your time or money !!!!

This store is my GO-TO for years! I even wait until I'm back until to perform task. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Even if I don't know what I need and want they are always there to assist.

This store manager needs to hire more clerks to help customers. And just 1 clerk should do the notaries and the other should help other customers that wanna get in and out of there. and isn’t there another place for people that have a pick up truck full of outgoing, UPS packages and Amazon packages for their business to go instead of the store? I mean this guy came in he had big huge boxes from a pick up truck this pick up truck was full of boxes that took up the whole side of the store and people had to wait behind this guy. Why can’t people have another place? Don’t they have a location UPS warehouse where they can drop the store stuff off at This is ridiculous!!! If the store is gonna be that busy which it has been every time I stopped over there they need more help. People shouldn’t have to be waiting 20 minutes to get one package scanned and a line going out the door.

Need to update your Sunday Business hours on Google. Google says you close at 3pm on Sunday. I drove 25 minutes there because your the closest location and got there at 2:03 and you were closed and the sign in the door says you close at 2pm on Sunday. I know I’m not the only one who needed to get there during this time because there were packages piled up outside the door where other people thought you were open too. Now I have to drive 25 minutes each way again today.
Also, the last time I was there they tried to force me to buy an overpriced roll of tape because they said the tape on my package wasn’t the right length and when I told them it came like that and it held up just fine when it was delivered to me, the lady started getting angry at me and trying to refuse the package. The same package UPS delivered to me. I wish there was a different store near me.

Angie gave excellent customer service! I needed a document converted into a credential identification card then laminated. Angie was focused and patient, as well as being able to assist other customers between my process being completed. As a result of great service I decided to get business cards made rather than going to Office Depot! Thanks to Angie for great service!

I love this UPS location, the entire team is so friendly and willing to help. If you need a little tape for your box or even a little box you may not have realized you need e.g. for your amazon return, they are more than willing to help you the best they can for no charge, and you would think that's a no brainer but there is another UPS store in the area that nickels and dimes you for every little tiny thing e.g. taping your box for you. Even when the line is out the door, the team never gets a bad attitude and never takes it out on the customers, they stay friendly and willing to provide everyone with fair customer service. They move the line as fast as possible and are efficient. There is also a little Amazon return kiosk if you are proficient in using that, it will speed up you not needing to wait for one of the team members at the counter but of course this is not a requirement just an available option. Strongly recommend this location; great, friendly team.

I went to this location today and usually they Are lacking in customer service and personality.. But today there were 2 new people.Beautiful faces there and I came in with my Items out of the box.. She accepted them with a smile and was very pleasant.. I will return happily... I didn't get her name, but she is a blonde woman.And went above and beyond!! Thank you😃
