Showed up to claim Uhaul reservation only to find out nothing was reserved. False promises. Play it safe and take your business elsewhere if you're in need of moving equipment.

I needed a uhaul. Swift and smooth experience arranging a vehicle to use for a couple hours. A little more expensive that I though but overall a good time.

I have rented from Castle keep often on for about seven years. I have never had one difficult situation with the service provided at Castle keep. Environment is extremely professional, yet welcoming, and the owners are more than efficient when it comes to helping you decide what you need, and Making things run as smooth as possible. And they are the most convenient, clean, and inexpensive storage facility. I have yet to rent from. Thank you so much for providing a safe and extremely organized facility.

I am highly disappointed in the service we received. Last week when we came in to rent a covered spot for our 40 rv, we was told ,absolutely and the spot requested would be held for the price of 250! The lady had told us that the spot was ours and to bring in all the information on Thursday. When my fiancée arrived today to pay for the spot that was promised to us, she had rented it to another and was extremely rude, and told my fiancée that he couldn’t park his truck in the parking lot, so he parked across us 19 to be respectful and was still disrespected! I’m sure it’s a nice facility and was willing to pay whatever price, but it’s very unprofessional the way the lady had treated us! We will not rent from this place and will find a place we’re we are treated with a little more respect!

Great people to do business with. Easy going. Kinda tight in places but all accessible with some maneuvering. I have no complaints.

Love this storage facility and those who run it! I have been here for several years, and it is first class service and great rates. I rent a 100 sq ft unconditioned storage unit here. ???
