Not anywhere close to "discounted" or "lowest price guarantee". these items are literally over priced for the fake wood and nonsense brands. I can go across to Georgia and find the same things for close to half the price they charge here.

We live in Palm Harbor and shop at Tarpon Furniture, which is about a 45 minute drive, because they carry quality furniture at a fair price.Recently we purchased two Flexsteel love seats and had an issue with one of them. We went to the store and sat down with Bruce and explained our concern. He patiently listened and discussed with us several options to resolve the issue. Bruce went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the resolution. A special thank you to technician Jason who was sent to our residence to make an exchange. He was professional and patient answering all of our questions. I cannot forget the office staff who always responded and were helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service at its finest.

Very poor customer service and staff ! This is a very poorly operated business and they only want to make a sale but will not follow up on customer service . After 4 months of trying to get a replacement table top, they finally, at my request, took the complete set back. Thank you !

Purchased a kitcheñ table and 4 chairs from Tarpon Furniture. Paid $2400 , thinking I was buying a top shelf item. Waited 4 weeks for order to be delivered. And when delivered table had several flaws- bad joint where center board, meets outside board , shiny spot on laminate top like a hot iron sat , an large spot like sprayed glue on top.It has been 2 months now and I am still trying to get Tarpon to replace the table top. It has come to the place where I requested them to pick up for a return for full refund !Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hugh at Tarpon Furniture in Hudson, Fl. sold us two leather chairs with lumbar adjust and heat cost 1600 dollars each. My lumbar went out and this was going to be the third time trying to fix the SAME CONCERN. Now they want me to pay for the technician to come out and try and fix it again. I refused to pay for their third time to try and fix it. Doesn't seem fair to charge me for their lack of customer service. Wife and I both have had back oporations and wanted the extra support. Shame on you Tarpon Furniture.

Great experience. We bought furniture while building. Very happy with prices and selection. Ordered a beautiful dinning room and living room set. They stored our furniture without a problem. When we were ready they delivered it in perfect condition. We did have a little problem but it was taken care of professionally and quickly. The service tech Jason was awesome the ladies in the office were easy to work with. Over all is was a great experience and we will go back if we are in need of anything else.

We had been looking for a “forever couch” for sometime. We walked into Tarpon furniture on a whim on NYE day. We were met by the saleswoman who was very helpful but also left us alone to explore. We left there with the couch of our dreams ordered with the promise of a 10 week delivery. Well, today was 10 weeks and as promised, it came. And we love it. It fits perfect in our space. Exactly what we wanted! Thank you Ashley for being patient with me as I was calling all the time to check on the status.

WOW!!! Great place to buy furniture, went to 5 other furniture stores and ordered my couch and recliners from Tarpon Furniture! This was the only store that we could order our sofa in our choice of many fabrics!!! Nice furniture, nice prices, great sales lady, very nice showroom with furniture to fit you whether your small or tall, you will find what you love at Tarpon! Thank you for your help and insight!

Ordered a Leather Sofa bed in Feb. 2021. Promised us delivery latest by May. Finally delivered in October, 2021.. one of the front legs was damaged. Had a service guy come by. Its now May 2022 and leg has not been replaced as yet.

my recliner stopped working in the reclined position I'm handicap took me almost 20 minutes to work my way out of the chair which tips forward. called for service and they scheduled it for January 31st told me a $99. service charge even though the chair is in warranty repairman came picked up the remote took a picture of it charged me the 99 and said they would call when it comes in we don't even know if that's the problem because he didn't do anything it's now February 25th I called to see if parts in service is closed on Friday asked for owner and he isn't in either we could order the remote from Amazon and have it in two days so what is their problem? will never deal with them again Very dissatisfied Probably won't ever get it from them now

To Bruce Wine - Owner Tarpon/Stressless FurnitureI know this is a little late in coming but none the less I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with Debbie, Jonathan and your whole crew at Tarpon/Stressless Furniture. It's was almost a year since the part was ordered to repair our new Flexsteel couch. This delay was due to supply chain issues, container ship holdups, COVID, etc. Throughout this period Debbie was just really exceptional in keeping me updated, calm and reassured that this was a process. This was also the case when after waiting for 11 months for delivery of the replacement part, the part that was received was damaged and deemed unusable. Your quick action of calling Flexsteel and expediting the shipment of the replacement part was greatly appreciated. Jonathan did an excellent job of assessing the need for a whole new mechanism that would fix our problem and his replacement of the necessary mechanism made our couch function as it was expected too. Even with the extended delay and problems encountered, your team made me a very satisfied customer and one that feels very comfortable in recommending your company to anyone in the market for top of the line furniture and home furnishings.Best regards,Alan & Connie
