My partner and I went in to find out why his bill was 65 a month and mine is only 46. Bianca was already coming in with an attitude. Interrupted him while he was trying to explain the situation. An argument ensued. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation she only made it worse. Then another employee pulled out a tazer trying to intimidate us. Totally unprofessional. I will never fo there again and I'm a long time Metro customer.

All three girls were very polite and professional and helpful...this is how it should be done...you need to have the bald guy from metro PCS on little road behind
McDonald's in thr Winn Dixie plaza train with these girls for 30days or so and put him back in his place maybe slap some of that rudeness out of his mindset....really bad for your business today's visit was refreshing and proper thanks for your kindness metro

On Memorial Day 2024 I sent my son to the store to go pick me up a SIM card for my phone I purchased at Best Buy’s.
I have been a Metro customer for several years now. Over time I have learned a few tips and tricks for metro.
Most account business can be handled on the Metro app or by calling customer service. A account holder does not really need to go in store.
I sent my son to this location to go purchase me a SIM card for my phone I purchased at Best Buy’s he had all the info such as imei number associated with the phone.
The store associate Bianca refused to sell him a SIM card. I called to ask her why and to inform her I do not need service on the phone I was going to set up the phone on my own time and on the metro app. She still refused to sell my son the sim because she wanted to have the phone to make sure the SIM card matched. I explained to her what she was rudely stating to me was not true and she only wanted to make a sale. She became more abrupt with me and told me Not to Tell Her how to do her job. I wasn’t telling her how to do her job I was telling her what I was told to from an associate I contacted calling thru the metro customer service line,
She still refused and wanted to continue arguing with me. I called her a curse name B@$”?, and told her that her way to make clientele and a sale was wrong and hung up on her.
My son went down to the next Metro store a hop, skip and a jump away from Bianca’s store and they gladly sold my son the SIM card because they listened and the staff at that store knew metros policy and procedures.
Now the second store didn’t make a huge sale but they still earned a profit and satisfied the needs, as for Bianca she caused her store to lose a profit because she wanted to be right she wanted to control the situation and she wanted to deceive me as the customer.
I called her back to tell her to reread employee policies and procedures and to tell her she was wrong.
We all know whether wrong or right
When it comes to retail the customer is always right and that is why a business will turn a profit.
So grin a bear it Bianca you are a store associate of Metro you make money for them. They pay you to represent them and today your greed for a big money sale, your laziness for not wanting to be bothered with listening and showing my son nor I respect was a poor representation of Metro and you caused them to lose a profit.
I should of refrained from the derogatory name calling but I think with it I hit the nail on the head and yes I knew your job better than you.
I hope this helps all who reads it.
Metro has ways for customers to save some money utilize using the app or calling the customer service number.
Good luck to Bianca in her future with metro.

Came in with an error on my plan and Karla with a K was nothing short of exceptional. Undoubtedly the fastest fix I've experienced in the 8 years I've been with metro. Absolutely killed it with speed, knowledge and she was genuinely nice throughout the entire process. Clone her.

Dia isn't good at answering questions, needs better customer service, she didn't explain how much it'll cost to get 2 new phones or how much the accessories will cost. We're not rich, we have a budget to stick too. We got 2 new phones but now we're broke thanks to a $300 bill we weren't expecting.

These 4 individuals are amazing with with the knowledge of their phone, so very thankful to have walked in here with such amazing service this afternoon. Dia and Destiny were over the top amazing and I cannot wait to pay my bill only at that store every month.. LOL

My mom purchased a phone at a different Metro, they gave her a hard time about helping her switch over her contacts and pictures needless to say she was very upset and is in her 70s so did not know how to do this herself. I took her to this location and I cannot say enough about Chas and Destiny as they were beyond helpful, patient and had the stuff transfered in less than 15 minutes. These two are definately an asset and i could not let it go unnoticed. thanks for amazing customer service, very much apppreciate your time and patience!

After having an issue with one of your locations in spring Hill I contacted Chad at this location he was very helpful reached out to management and I'm hoping that I will be contacted back by the owner of the company. Chad was very understanding and very helpful and went above and beyond to try and help me.
