Was traveling in my RV from RI to SC, when leaving SC heading to Florida I noticed I had some Propane leaking from my relief valve, I called Sunrise because they are located in the area of where I was going. Contacted them, the girl in office could not have been any nicer, told me to bring it in the next day and someone would go out and take a look at it. Showed up the next day and 2 people came out checked everything out, explained what happen, did not need to be repaired, and they also could have not been any nicer...They told me to just keep a eye on it any problems give them a call. Just got off the phone with Sunrise Propane . I am shocked at how friendly Amanda was very knowledgeable the whole changing providers was so much easier then I thought it would be. Wish I would have done this years ago.

Sunrise Propane is an amazing company with exceptional customer service! They have a 24 hour phone line and have had a great turn around time each time I have called. Their jobs have always turned out very clean and professional. We also use their sister company Shore Commercial and could not be happier! Definitely recommend them for tank installations, service, and fills.

I needed a new gas tankless hot water heater ASAP. Techs were at my house within a couple hours of my initial call. Sunrise had a direct replacement for my old unit installed same day. Very impressed by the level of service. Happy to have had a hot shower today !! Thanks Sunrise Propane. Highly recommend.

Brought house., used this company to bring out a propane tank and fill with gas to heat pool. When we brought house there was no tank. We paid over $1600 dollars for portable above ground tank that sets above ground. Filling tank was $400 plus dollars. I had to put house on market to sale after 3 months. I Contacted Sunrise to come get tank that was still filled with gas. We were told if new owner not want take we will come and collect and refund your money. If new owner wanted tank they would setup an account with her and charge her for gas and deposit and would refund my money. After house sold I kelp waiting for refund check. Myself and one other person was told same thing by sunrise PROPANE. I received a invoice yesterday showing I owe zero balance so I call and ask about the refunds. I talked to owner and office manager and they said since new property owner everything was signed over to her for free and I would not be receiving any refunds back. The sales person told us too before sale of house they would do a reading of remaining gas and refund it back to us with deposit. They took my contract and signed everything over to new home owner without my Consent. Sunrise propane ripped me off and lied about everything. They don’t stand behind their words and mishandled contract legal documents. I will never use this company again and please do yourself a favor and avoid dishonest company’s like Sunrise Propane.Thank you for your time.Lee Duncan

Sunrise installed our 500 gal propane tank for our whole house generator. Outstanding company to work with from start to finish: Tank sizing/options, estimate and install (including permits). They did an outstanding job mitigating damage to our lawn to install the inground tank (see photos). I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable propane company!!!!!

Terrible company. They struggle to deliver and their pricing is ridiculous. If you have a restaurant there are better propane companies in Florida.

Terrible company. Poorly run. They can't deliver when they are supposed leaving your business out of gas!!! They charge more than double everyone else. They lie constantly. If you have a restaurant seek out a real propane company. Cause they aren't it

Usually have a good experience with these guys, but not on my most recent visit on Sept. 7, 2023. The older guy who filled my tank barely said two words to me, didn’t inspect my tank, or purge the air from it. I got charged 20lbs for 15lbs of propane. I should’ve said something at the time, but I chose to pick my battles, that day. This still bothers me, so decided to leave a review. I won’t be coming back.

Do not do business with these thieves!!I bought a property that had one of their tanks, which means that I also bought the gas in that tank, since the previous owner had purchased it, and had a deposit on the tank. They came while I was not there and took the tank! They are crooks!

They did the gas hookup for my Generator, was very pleased with this company, their prices are fair. Everyone their is very nice and actually knows what their talking about. They not only deal with propane but they have a whole other department that does Electrical and pool equipment repairs! I'll be recommending this company for now on!
