Their cars have poor paint jobs and are over 100k miles, yet they claim they are affordable, but after the smoke clears, you are better off going to a dealership. At least you get a better car for the price. Rock Bottom means the car you are being over charged for. Stay away.

This was an outstanding experience! Me and my fiance really needed a vehicle or she might have lost her job, we came to rock bottom auto sales and spoke with Kelly, and I couldn't tell you how worried I was that we wouldn't be able to afford to get something. He reassured us that he would make it work and get us in a good vehicle, for a great price, and he is a man of his word!! My fiance and I couldn't be happier!

If I could give 0 stars....the bad reviews on here are all true. I had a car with him almost 2 years and I was still almost at 14,000 out of 16,000 that I owed. When everything started breaking down on me and I mean everything when I asked them about the car they said to bring it by and let them look at it for $75. I don't think that's a smart move because I paid so much on that car and I paid over with the value was twice on that car and it gave me nothing but problems and then the transmission started going out. All they do is they high interest to you where you can't get out of your payments and expect you to pay all the repairs. The car wasn't even worked 16 grand it was worth more than five grand. So if you're desperate of getting your car here fine buy it but fair warning that the car will break down with you a few weeks to a month and you have to repair every month.

If I could give this experience a negative star rating, I would, and that still would not do the justice. Have you ever walked into a car dealership and not been bombarded by a salesperson? Me either, that should have been my first sign of the kind of experience I was going to encounter. After walking around outside for 10-15 minutes, Kelly comes out to greet me . no handshake, no how can I help you. very dry, the only question he cared to ask… “ Well let’s start with how much money down”
After explaining my needs and what I was working with, he lost even more interest. I have 4 kids and 3rd row SUV was crucial. The selected few to choose from, all had ISSUES to begin with. The black ford expedition, in need of an alignment, has a leaking roof, and needs front tires. The white expedition, has bad belts and lags to turn on. the white traverse, failed to start all together! The black durgano , the key didn’t work, and instead of Kelly coming back to get me and let me know that the key to key fob was missing and that was why I couldn’t see the vehicle, he left me outside for 20 plus minutes, for me to go inside to look for someone’s help , all to see him with his feet propped on his desk, chatting amongst co workers? Very unprofessional!! His exact words “ you could have came and got me if you needed something “ .
After wasting 2 hours there, realizing I was getting scammed because my credit is decent, and they were just trying to take advantage of me. I declined their bogus offers, I drove to Castriota Chevy, about 8 minutes from this place. and had the best experience! I highly recommend, if you think you may have challenges, go to a reputable dealership and let them work hard for you. I got into a 2020 Chevy traverse with warranty, 65k miles, no money down and my payment is significantly cheaper then the quote I received from the owner. I get to build my credit with a reputable lender, build a relationship with a reputable dealership, and not have to worry about what kind of problems I would have , had I went with a vehicle from here. BEWARE.
