I have been going to Quest for many years and have always had a good experience. The one thing that really helps with not having to wait a long time, is to schedule an appointment which is easy to do on-line.

Echo was my phlebotomist and she was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood work done. I hate getting my blood drawn, and Echo was nothing but patient and professional and made me laugh during the poke. 10/10

I was very happy as a walk in . It was very busy due to the global outage and alot of appointments. But they managed to get me in just before closing. Miriam drew my order easy and painless so thankful .She was great.

I had an appointment for 5:40 in the morning. They told me they wouldn’t take my order because it was on my phone. My orders were STAT. The manager treated me like a criminal and said she wouldn’t help me but I could try to fax. So I fax the orders five times, half hour later after begging to be seen again the fax “never went through”. I can’t believe I was treated like this, I guess, because Hudson’s really ghetto place you can’t get good service. I had a small child with me that didn’t understand why her mom was getting treated like this. Don’t tell me I could’ve went to Staples. Staples doesn’t open till 9 AM and it was a stat order.
