Travis is amazing to work with. From cabinets, inserts, tile for bathroom, flooring, backsplash, and counters. Travis is patient and walked us through the process. I definitely would recommend Travis and ProSource for any home projects. Lloyd was helpful with the kitchen design. Thank you

The employees (workers) are very helpful and do all they can do to accomplish their job. Unfortunately for the employees the owner is far far less accommodating and doesn’t actually realize where the business comes from. Whatever happened to “the customer is always correct”.
Needs training in PR as she was very sarcastic bordering on rude. Prefers to pass the buc to the product representative. She doesn’t really know how tracking a product works. Product arrives incomplete and they don’t track.
Owner MUST accept responsibility and she just doesn’t do anything to help out the situation. I would steer clear if you’re looking for a project accomplished in a timely manner.

Paul Evans Construction directed us to ProSource and we were welcomed by the staff especially Larry Lamm. He went out of his way to assist us in making the right choices on our tile designs for two (2) bathrooms. No matter how many times we called or dropped by the business; he was always available to answer any questions and to provide excellent service on providing our Estimate and paperwork needed to make the order. I highly recommend ProSource for all your Home Renovations. We are very happy with the outcome of service.

This is the second time we have had some remodeling done at our home and we returned here because they were so GREAT to work with the first time around and sure enough they were very informative and helpful the second time around. They do a fantastic job and we are so greatful that each time our contractors worked with them.

I’m actually pretty resistant to write this review but I think it’s the fair thing to do and it’s the reason why reviews exist and they have a 4.9 so I don’t think my two stars is going to matter. Unfortunately, when it comes to picking out flooring, you don’t really have a choice of where you can go so you’re kind of stuck with whoever has what you want.That being said, at first working with ProSource was pretty good. Travis, our salesman was great. It was a bonus that he sounds like Matthew McConaughey.However, they dropped the ball ordering my stuff, and there was lots of miscommunications with them. The thing that is earning the two star review was the fact that they didn’t order some tile that we ordered when we first placed everything in months went by without the flooring ignorantly we thought that they would just let us know when it came in, but they never called and when we finally reached out to them, they said they forgot to order it, it caused a lot of delays and some other issues.I would recommend.

The customer service was fabulous! Very helpful, they made suggestions, made sure we knew what we were ordering and held our hand in conjunction with our contractor/builder!! I am so impressed with them and the process. We’re so excited to see how things all come together ?

I went to the Port Richey ProSource yesterday and it could not have been a better experience!! Everyone was friendly and helpful but Darryl and Lloyd were especially amazing and knowledgeable. I am so looking forward to working with the great folks at this location for the duration of our project. ?Thank you ProSource!!!
