My.mom just called me after getting her dog groomed there. They didnt know how to groom her ,they took her puff off the top ,leg hair is uneven .and they put a blue tie on her,shes a girl named Princess

They greeted us and pup by name and were friendly, courteous and professional. Made us feel at ease, as first time we've been to their business. Got down to pups level to greet instead of handoff which made our dog feel more comfortable and confident. Asked specific questions pertinent to out desired grooming desires and any questions pertinent to our pets possible needs. Our baby turned out beautifully and when we picked her up she was happy, calm, and collective. A week later and our pet still looks awesome and smells freshly groomed.

I've gone to Pretty Paws for decades. Kim is a wonderful, caring groomer. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Took my dog in to get his nails clipped. The lady that worked there threw a fit when my dog pee'd in the parking lot. Got a scrub brush and bleach. Are you kidding? Definitely do not want her around my dog?

They wouldn't even answer the door when the sign and door said they were open. They had kids banging on door from inside but wouldn't answer but its ok we found great people right down the road by 52 n little
