Don't live here. Even though you have a job and work and they know this they will call u a street walker and throw you out. They will give you two weeks to get your stuff together and get out. They are not good people don't let them fool you. They will throw you out for nothing at the drop of a dime. Even if you've had no complaints and no cops at your house. Nothing. I cleaned up their gross place and made it look nice outside my house. Better than it did. Lived there a year and this is what I get. Called a street walker and thrown out. I am a sales associate and work at the mall the latest I ever got in was after nine because I take the bus. Yes I go to circle k up the road at night sometimes to get food or cigs but thats it. I work my a** off and I'm called a street walker. Wow! Also they get in your personal business. Watch out for Andrew who lives I. 12A, he is the owners spy. I'm pretty sure he caused me to get kicked out, had a hand in it at least. Even tho he doesn't follow rules and he is late 2 months rent and is sleeping with his neighbors girlfriend. He gets drugs that aren't prescribed to him. He's the golden tenant for some reason. I offered to show my pay stubs and W2 to show that I can afford this place a month and nope nothing. I want to know what as said about me. I don't cheat on my husband but that's what came out of Andrews mouth to the owners. He said they said it. They never met me til they day they threw me out. Slandered my name and gave me two weeks to get my stuff together and find a place. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Same for the park next door to this one. Don't rent from them. I was working 2 jobs and only left when I had too. Store and work. My neighbor Chrissy didn't even know I lived next to her. She never saw me. Everyone here liked us and went to bat for us telling the owners we are good people and they should let us stay but no. Please guys find another place to rent and not here. U will regret every minute of everyday. The main owner just comes and sits and watches people, u won't even know who he is. That's weird.

The owners are nicest people ever. They live on site so I feel comfortable with leaving my boat there. They also have cameras, lights and key fob entry and exit.

Great price, location, and service. The gravel could use some leveling and the spacing is extremely tight but overall a great and convenient place for storage and the owners are nice.
