Not a good one or bad one honestly. I was disappointed in the fact that they didn’t have their dispenser machine anymore. Also, there was no towels to dry my car off with or any kind of glass cleaner or interior cleaner like the other car washes have. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this car wash but convenient for $10 if you just need a wash and vacuum.

The guys that steer you in do nothing but sprinkle a little something on the front of your vehicle that does nothing, and there are no rags or sprays at the vacuum stations. The front of my car is still filthy! Most places do a quick scrub on the front before you enter. I would never join this place monthly, and I probably won't come back for a single wash because there are several more car washes in the area. Sorry! Edited to say that even though the guys do basically nothing when they guide you in, they also ask for a tip when paying. Yes, I did tip. We can guide ourselves in just like we do at the gas station car wash. Edit again after the owner commented. There's nothing for me to email you about because I've said everything here in my review. You have been given the same advice via several reviews, but you're obviously not making the suggested changes.

Left hard water spots all over my car. This was not the cheap wash.

No towels to dry your car. They are really going downhill charging extra for interior services used to be a great place.

Good car wash and vacuums. I just wish they had rug cleaners or offered rags and spray. If they have this I would have given it five stars

I went in this evening on 1/21/24 and was greeted by Seth Kline who is a manager at the Mister car wash location in Hudson Fl, and his service was exceptional. He really went above and beyond to meet all expectations and I was very pleased with his customer service skills and ability to be so helpful and accommodating . Thank you Seth.
