Greatest tire place in the area. Alex the manager is very helpful, and polite. My grandmother took her car to get fixed he walked her through the process and was extremely patient.

Do not go to this place. I went here for my brakes and an oil change, and they checked in my car at 8:40 and they said everything was done at 9:20. I picked it up, and I drove not even 3 miles down the road, and my car starts smoking. The supervisor said he was going to send out a tow truck right away and he lied and showed up in an suv with oil and a rag and was about to just pour oil in my car instead of analyzing the issue. I refused because my car was SMOKING and he said the issues was in my hands and left.Well, after more investigation, the mechanic did not secure my oil filter which caused it to FALL OUT and remove all of the oil that was in my car. Just lazy and unprofessional. Save yourself the car issues .

Came in for tires. When I left, I went to get fuel, and upon arriving at the gas station, I found that the center cap was missing from my wheel, my valve stem caps were missing, and there was a screw driver sitting on my running board.I immediately went back and the lady at the desk apologized and said they would order a replacement center cap and would call me when it came in.About a week later I called to see if the center cap had come in. I was told that it would take a couple weeks. I asked why, since I could order one online and have it in 2-3 days, and was told that because of their vendor setup, it would take longer through them, but they would call when it arrived.Another week goes by and I stopped in to check. She said they had it, though I had not received a call, and produced a cap that was not for my vehicle. She apologized and then went out to take a photo of another of the caps on my wheels and said she would reorder the correct cap and call when it came in.Fast fwd another week, I stop in to check on it and was told it had arrived, again with no phone call to notify me, and again, it was not the correct cap for my wheel. The guy then went out to take ANOTHER photo and said they would reorder.I told him to forget about it, I'd take care of it myself.So the one star is for mounting and balancing my new tires correctly, but letting me pull away with a screwdriver on my vehicle that could have become a projectile on the road, and without three parts to my vehicle that were present when I came in, and then not being able to order the correct part for a ridiculously common vehicle. (2007 Chevy Suburban).

Tori the Assistant Manager at the Hudson store is absolutely amazing. She is an awesome leader and has helped numerous people including me. She is perfect! Also, she is training Amanda from the Springhill store and still manages to keep on top of everything. Great worker! Great person!!! Give this woman a raise!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Made an appointment for 2:30 cause we are from out of town and didn’t have hours to sit and wait. Showed up for our appointment and was told it would be a minimum of an hour before they could get our truck in. Was just needing them to look at a nail in our tire. Why make an appointment if you can’t keep them. Went up the street to Kingdom Tire. They came right out to look at our tire and was able to pull it out for us. Needless to say we won’t ever come here when we come to visit family! Nor will my family now who lives here!

Dan, Cody & Alex are the Best . We came in right at closing and without hesitation did my brakes, an oil change, installed new battery and stayed late to do it. Price is reasonable and will probably come back when it's time for my struts, very professional & highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Went there with a slow leak to get two new tires because Walmart told me the leak can’t be plugged due to a crack. I was expecting to pay $300 for the two tires. I bring it in and they take a look. The tech comes out and says he can’t find a leak at all and the tires look fine—no crack or puncture. I explained that there was definitely a leak as I’ve had to put air in it. He said that he could reseal the valve stem as it may be leaking from there. So I had him do that and $30 later I leave with no more issues. They could have just sold me 2 new tires. I love that they were honest. Definitely going there again next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there to get my ac fixed and they told me to go get 200 dollars and a compressor and they would hook me up I said no I want warranty and I would just pay the 1300 and they only replace half the parts that I paid for and had to go there 6 diffent times to get it fixed I will never go there again period ac still not working I have now asked for a refund no response yet

***Recently visited this location, and got an oil change, Tori Provided Excellent Service helping me to retrieve my credit from the stellar customer service agents. Love the place it’s huge and clean and has a workstation area with high table and outlets for phone and laptops. Service was quick and easy! 5 starssome issue a while back at the county line location. Alex reached out promptly and helped me get it resolved. Great & attentive service!!

My husband needed new tires for the back of our toy, so we gave the guys a call. They quoted us a MUCH better price than everywhere else. We made our appointment and were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our car was taken in and started immediately. We were in and out in about an hour. It was an awesome experience. The employees were all GREAT and so very helpful. We will absolutely return to this location for all of our tire needs in the future.

Best place to get your vehicle worked on. Staff is great, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.I didn't have to wait long, plus there's a spacious waiting area with a TV, a small area for children to play, free wifi which was great and not slow at all. There's also stores within walking distance if you don't want to wait there.I got some break work needing to be done soon, I'll definitely be coming back.

This business is great. I use them for everything. Very friendly employees. The lobby is clean and comfortable. They have large windows so you can see everything being done to your vehicle. Very trustworthy business. I would recommend everyone give them a chance.

These guys are awesome. Have had tire issues a couple of times needing to be addressed quickly. They are very professional and get me in and out very quickly with a job well done that minimizes tire issues interrupting my workday.
