“We live in Palm Harbor and shop at Tarpon Furniture, which is about a 45 minute drive, because they carry quality furniture at a fair price.Recently we purchased two Flexsteel love seats and had an issue with one of them. We went to the store and sat down with Bruce and explained our concern. He patiently listened and discussed with us several options to resolve the issue. Bruce went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the resolution. A special thank you to technician Jason who was sent to our residence to make an exchange.
