We used this kennel only once so far and will use it very soon again.Our little doggie was very well taken care of & Suzette the owner kept us informed about how our dog was doing & even sent a couple pictures That was really nice of her since it was our first time leaving our pet with someone...Suzette is a very nice person and we felt comfortable leaving our pet..I recommend if you need pet services to give them a try..****Update we have used the is kennel several times and will continue to do so.^^^^10/20/2021We use this kennel each time we go off on weekends..We get updates on how our dog is doing..She has other dogs there & has large kennels in the back yard..Suzette is a wonderful person..

We left our Dixie here several times and are extremely pleased with the care she received. Can't wait till she opens up again, highly recommend

We went on a Family vacation from Christmas Eve day until Day after New Year's, Our 1.5 yr old Bloodhound Bandit stayed 9 days with Suzy....she sent us updates and pictures while we were gone. Her kennels are immaculately kept!! Bandit was a happy camper too!! I will use Lo-Oaks kennel any time we need to send our pup to a doggy getaway!! Thanks so much!!

Looks can be deceiving. Since the original owner died, this place has become very unkempt. The front yard looks like it hasn't been mowed in a long time. However, the dog kennels and dog yard are in good shape. My dogs stayed there for 10 days and were in great condition when I arrived to pick them up. The old mans daughter may not keep the outside lawn mowed but she cares for the dogs just as well as her father did.
