It has a pool table, kitchen area and clubhouse room you can rent out as long as you are a resident. Reserve it in advance. There is also a fitness center in the clubhouse however many restrictions now due to COVID

Lakeside Clubhouse Ammenity Center offers a fitness center, outdoor (not heated) large pool with seating and shade, a small playground with swings/slides/monkey bars, tennis courts, basketball courts, party room (rental fee) with tables/chairs/kitchen/tv/pool table, sidewalks, fishing pier, fire pit, and dog park. The facility has large bathrooms with showers and is very clean and meticulously maintained. They hold events regularly for community members and their families including holiday parties and children's activities. They could do themselves a huge service by heating the pool for year-round use. The playground is closer to a backyard swing set than a public use structure. I look forward to the addition of more swings and slides. There have been several wildlife species spotted near this facility including coyote, alligators, and snakes, so supervision of young children is highly recommended.
