Negative 5 starts if I could. What a horrible experience and an awful person. I'm new to the area and stopped here to see what this business could help with. I stopped in quickly for a simple mower tire air valve issue. The owner was rude and disrespectful and screamed at in our 1 minute conversation, then walked away to go do nothing but hide. At the time I stopped in there were no customers and no work currently being performed so I can't say they sere busy. Maybe this person was just taking their issues out at the first person that showed up. I arrived politely and needing help. I tried to overlook the run down appearance of this business with no trespassing sign at the entrance but the attitude when I first pulled up although this owner made sure that would not be the case. Don't bother wasting your time stopping into Kevin and Karen Tires Plus. They are not performing a service to help anyone. They are only here to be nasty to everyone that stops in for help. I work along side 1500 employees in a local Hudson based business and trust me we will make sure all of our local friends and family will spread the word that this location are here to only offer condescending, arrogant, disrespect and narcissistic rage for their potential clients. Trust me, this is not a business to spend your hard earned money. There are several other businesses locally performing tire work. Our family tries to go out of our way to support locally owned businesses. This was the worst experience and we will not be going back.
Don't take my word for it. Read the prior reviews. This is how this company continues to do business, although probably not for long.
Definitely do not waste your time an money at this Hudson based "business".

I was in here for used front tires a few weeks ago and the guy found that my vehicle had many other suspension issues. When I asked for a quote, instead of trying to upsell me he gave me GREAT advice..."dont bother and get a new vehicle." Lol
It may sound funny but hes 100% correct and was TOTALLY honest with me. I appreciate the honesty and will be going back for any future repairs.
My "used" tires were also almost brand new at an AWESOME price! I'd recommend this shop to anyone. Honest tradesmen are hard to find these days.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. EXPENSIVE AND DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING. HE'S LAZY. AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK.

When there to have my tire looked at. The man there was the worst person at any business that I have ever dealt with in my life!! He started yelling at me, and told me that they don't repair tires. It is an absolute shame that people are treated this way, when all that I wanted was to have my tire repaired, or replaced! Why are you even in business?
