What a dirty establishment..
I will never go to hot headz again...
Employees are nice but really not good at hair...I was totally mislead about keratin treatment and paid $180.00 went back had it redone still not done correct. .
Found a new place that actually can do keratin treatment correct..
Lesson learned...

I am not a Karen and nearly never post reviews but I’m so sad I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who goes here to have their hair dyed. This is not a ‘salon’. Hair cuts only! …if that.
I was referred to see Kim the owner by a friend so I made an appt 4 days in advanced even though she said any day any time. She never showed Monday (which I understand she said she had a major health issue) but would be available the next day so I booked a few days later when I could come in. Even though it was in a text of date and time, still no show and said one of the other girls could get me started and she would be in a hour or so. Girls were sweet and caring but don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to color. Two ladies argued about what to do to my hair which made me super nervous right off the start and I wanted to leave. TOTALLY FRIED my long hair with bleach and wondered why it was so tangled when she tried to brush it. I had her cut 5” but I still couldn’t brush it even after deep condition treatment and had to cut it to my shoulders which was another 6”. The owner kept texting saying she was coming and never showed. The girl who did my hair, lazily and quickly did layers in my hair. I could tell she was tired and maybe annoyed with my long hair by now.
Was tempted to go back but didn’t want to mess my hair up anymore than it was. I wish they just told me they couldn’t do it!
Huge cockroach on the floor in the bathroom and needs major renovations, including this area they use for mixing color that I got to look at for a half hour under the dryer. A simple shower curtain would suffice even.

I nice haircut. Receptionist was a family member covering for Mom and then walked around eating his sandwich and dropping food on the floor. I understand he was helping but he was like 38 years old and just wasn't aware of his environment. Other than that nice people and convenient location in Hudson.

Walked in to get haircut I was standing there like a ghost for several minutes no one even ask what I am there for so I made a phone call to another hair salon while being in there and when I walked out got to my car than some lady ran out and said to come back they ready for you. As a customer I never been ignored or see someone being ignored so bad. I didn't go back I went to a different place and happy with the choice I made

Worst place to get your haircut. I had a appointment at 10:00am with the owner Kim. She didn't show up for work. One of the other stylist talked with Kim on the phone after sitting there a half hour and told me I could get my haircut at 11:30. Again Kim the owner didn't show up until 45 minutes late. After getting a 4 to 5 minute haircut I was so disappointed because she never cut my hair the way I asked for. I would have to say that after visiting this hair salon and the owner doesn't have the responsibility of taking care of their customer I would definitely look for something else.

I'm very happy with Hot heads in Hudson. Marsha always does a great job on my hair. Very friendly place to get your hair done. prices are good wouldn't go anywhere else. RIP Debbie I miss you so much.

I knew what I was walking into for the price…. But the lady that cut my hair couldn’t even do a basic blunt cut. I had to ask her multiple times to cut pieces that were clearly longer than the rest of my hair, she left the front side in even so I had to cut away pieces on my own after I straightened it and it’s still clearly choppy and uneven. What got me was when she said “what are you a professional?”

My first visit to this salon. The salon itself is a little dirty & run down so I was nervous, however I cannot tell you how happy I am with CASEY’S service!( If this rating was just based off the hairstylist 5). I needed a color correction, and she nailed it! I hadn’t had a good haircut in years! Bam nailed it! Book her! Thanks Girlie, you just made a lifetime client. ❤️

We went to this place about a month ago and the employees were swearing and arguing back and forth my daughter saw four or five cockroaches on the floor and the waiting room the guy Patrick who cut my hair was super friendly but the women they were giving him a really definitely needs a remodel

I walked in on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in for highlights and low lights, and my hair came out Beautiful! I was 10 steps away from a box color and I’m so glad that I did not do that! Everybody is super friendly and their prices are affordable. I’m pretty picky about my hair, but I found my place and my hairdresser!!!!!!Services: Hair straightening
