Kelly has excellent customer service skills. I had a problem with an item I purchased and he was very knowledgeable about my item and pointed me into the right direction very kind and well spoken. He helped guild me with the things I needed for a project of mine and is a great listener. All while muilti-tasking the register. Five stars!! Thanks again, Kelly!

I had a bit of a confusion with a Harbor, freight deal that was going on for one of the ultra torque, Hercules impact gun and Cindy and Kelly both stepped in addressed my issue accordingly and went above and beyond to clear up my confusion and still process my deal which was awesome! Thanks again Kelly and Cindy you rock!!

More of a review of the company than just this location. Worst customer service I have ever received. Returned an item for $25 that never made it back to my account. I’ve spent hours of my time on phone calls between Harbor freight, customer service and my bank, and have yet to receive my return. You’d think the company would just give me a $25 gift card and call it a day at this point, to retain a customer. Used to work at a restaurant and saw hundreds comped every night just to keep people happy even when they didn’t deserve it.

Went to purchase multiple units of an item listed as being in stock on their website which unfortunately was not the case. An individual offered to assist in finding it was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the specific item. Evidently it was a newer offering, and he enlisted the help of another person. After looking for several minutes in store and in the back, they determined they were out of stock, and blamed the misinformation provided by their website as being shoplifting. This was a 2.65ish item that is a foot and a half long so personally doubting that’s what the case was. The guy said they have no control over what’s listed online, which I believe, but wouldn’t it be great if someone could actually fix that problem once they realize it’s wrong? All the retailers have the same problem it seems, while the tech blows up faster than they can realistically manage in ways that benefit the consumer. Why hire customer service employees if you don’t allow them to full spectrum provide service?Rating 2 of 5 instead of 1 because of the willingness the employees had to help find the product.

Store is very well kept. Clean, organized, well stocked. Staff very helpful and lines move fairly quickly. Products are quality for a price that doesn't leave your bank account crying! Love this store and it's products!
