Unimpressed with the owners false promises and failure to communicate
I was going to leave it at that but since Kirk wants to be snarky, here’s what happened
Walked in with my husband and father and asked to test drive a Ford Flex August 12th. Took it for a test drive, came back and asked to purchase cash. Was told after 2 hours of waiting and taking my father’s information, the flex was being financed to a couple who could only afford a specific car. Kirk promised he would call us “by my father’s birthday” with a Flex for a similar price. He never called, not even to say he couldn’t fulfill his promise. We went elsewhere and will tell everyone to stay away.
I would also be weary of any business that only replies to negative reviews calling them lies.

AMAZING! Felix is an angel from heaven , he worked so diligently to make sure i made the right purchase that worked for me . We stayed in my budget and he remained so helpful until the very end! Tony is also very nice and helpful they are a great team. If you are thinking about getting a car and you are unsure of what to do pease go to this place for guidance and leave a happy customer like i did ! Thank me later ?

Very rude one to stand on the shade and will only answer so many questions then once they find out if you have cash or are doing financing. That when he then days come back when your ready then we will talk. I don't think so his attitude sucked never going back.

I love this place. My husband and I came in looking for a car and Mark helped is. I have never met a salesman so humble and really wanting to make sure we liked the car. It wasn't about the sale for him. It was about our satisfaction. We are very satisfied! I highly recommend Golden Oldies!

We had an awesome experience we went looking and we originally stopped there. I found the car that I love, but I wanted to look further and in the end. Because of Dave and Tony, we ended up back there and being very happy with our purchase. I would recommend Golden Oldies auto sales to my friends and family. They took their time and really worked with us with what we could afford and what we wanted.

We worked with Tony. He was extremely helpful in getting up setup in a new work truck when we ran into a Jam.
We needed a new truck pretty fast, at a good rate. Tony showed amazing hospitality, attention to detail & listened to our needs to get us the best fit.
Definitely recommended working with these guys!

Typical car salesman thinking we'd buy now saying "I only gave you that price for today, it wont be the same next week." Couldn't buy it today, but we would have come back for that price, and definitely won't now with that attitude. Bonus that the other salesmen laughed.

I am so thrilled with the service Tony provided for our daughter's first car purchase. The car still runs great, and she can make the affordable payments. They went above and beyond, and according to the reviews I have read, they always do. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time buying a car at a dealership.
The dealership failed to disclose issues a car had before contract was signed, saying it was clean according to their Experian records. Car had in fact been damaged frontally. When I tried to back out because of this, they put the manager on the phone, who shouted at me and used high pressure tactics and what appeared to be veiled threats "You own the car on our lot and you owe us money for it, if you back out,I don't know what we'll do(veiled threat here I think). call us back by 5*hangs up* eventually was forced to go through with the purchase, after having essentially been cajoled into doing so, as the contract had already been signed before I was able to discover the problems. What should have been a nice car buying experience became a miserable slog and now I'm stuck with a car that for all I know has unseen damage internally.
The salesman involved was Bryan Schoonover. I don't know the name of the manager.
As far as I'm concerned, the car was misrepresented or they didn't do the basic research that shows up on even a carfax report.
Do not trust these people, double check EVERYTHING.

My poor sister recently bought from them and it's been hell since day one. They assured her under her warranty that she pays for anything mechanical would be covered.. her car was having problems from the get, they would drive the car and say nothing is wrong then when they FINALLY after months figured out the issue they tell her it's not covered and she would have to pay.. she is definitely not the first person I have heard bad things about them. They definitely take advantage of you if your a young female and don't know much about vehicles.. so glad I have heard what I have because I know to Never purchase from them. This company sucks
