Horrible ownership!!! Super disrespectful,Treats his employees like trash, talks down to everyone yelling and cursing at his employees. 1 month they had 6 new hires come and go. Micro manages everyone!! He sits at a desk and watches everyone on the cameras boats are poorly built and everything is rushed with zero structure and teamwork!! management walks away for 30/45 mins with out telling anyone leaving the employee sitting around with nothing to do even to new hires then expecting them to know what to do!!! Terrible business.

I have a Fiesta Fish and Fun 16 pontoon boat that is less then 5 years old. The flooring material is peeling in several places. I called to ask about this and the young lady I talked too told me to send an e-mail with pictures of the problem along with the hull number and title information. I did that. More then a week went by and I heard nothing from them. So I called to ask if they recieved the information. The man I talked to said they did. I asked what I could do about the problem. He had no solution and offered no help. All he suggested was that I go to Home Depot or Lowes and see if they had anything I could use to patch or paint over the problem. When I asked about the 5 year warranty on the boat, he said it was a wear problem and not covered. It it clearly NOT a wear problem. The fiberglass flooring material is delaminating and peeling off in several places which are not in traffic areas. The material used was either defective or not applied properly. Very disappointed with the lack of response and the lack of concern to my request for help. They clearly do not provide customer service after the sale..
