BUYERS BEWARE!!! I Purchased a 24’ Sea Hunt on September 6th of 2023. Before purchase I asked and they “verified” all service was done to the boat timing belt just replaced etc. So I went forward with purchase trusting their word. Now it’s not even 1 year later on a $46000 purchase and my boat is not even operational. Took to another shop and they confirmed timing belt was not done and no service was conducted on this motor. Oil was very old and smelled of gas, lower compression in 2 cylinders, and now it has skipped timing due to being lied to about timing belt being replaced at which caused it to skip timing. Looking at thousands of dollars on a newly purchased boat is absurd!!! They will tell you want to hear plan and simple do your due diligence and don’t take there word for granite. Even the thermostat were not services or anything and another shop has confirmed there were some original parts in this motor. VERY SHADY OWNER AND SHOP. Left my family stranded 5 miles off shore due to there lies. Let alone all the other issues coming to light after getting like the bolt fixes that are now all coming out of seats etc . They do patch work to sell and after purchase be prepared for issues! A lot more to say but don’t want to drag on. Very upset on this $46,000 purchase don’t make the same mistake as I did! O and to top it off the 36v trolling spot lock motor never worked since purchase which they also said it worked!

Terrific experience with Rob as our salesman, & Dave and Jeff. We are first time boaters and needed a simpler pontoon for our lake. Rob found the one for us and Dave and managment were able to make it happen with our budget. Great customer service even after purchase. Kudos and thanks Factory Direct Marine!

I just wanna say thank you to the hudson Factory Direct location. After dealing with the edgewater Factory Direct where we had purchased our Liv camper from and initially brought in for repairs, it is like night and day.The Hudson location greeted us with professionalism and kindness. Hudson was able to make all the repairs and then some that the edgewater store claimed to have made but didn't. I can't say enough how happy we are to have dealt with Hudson and their team. Thank you again Hudson for coming to the rescue.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: We purchased our Lexington tri-toon in the spring of 2021. I had multiple issues and the service and communication was very poor. I would have rated them 2 stars at best. This past spring they brought in David. He has communicated with me and done everything he has promised to do to resolve my issues. We hoped the boat would be back in 4 weeks and I got it back in 2 weeks. Also, the atmosphere at the dealership is totally different than it has been. I would give 5 stars except my previous experience can't be ignored.

Never gave warranty information. Called back to get, and they said “that’s a 3rd party, not us.” Continued to provide zero help or help me collect information that they specifically said, “we will mail to you.”

BUYERS BEWARE - A TRULY ABYSMAL COMPANYThe only thing more annoying than the last six weeks I've spent waiting on a "1-hour fix" to be done on my Lexington 320 (Purchased February 2022) (with no communication from non-existent managers and service department--seriously, nobody works here anymore) is the embarrassment of advertising for this company by continuing to own/use this pontoon. This company is a stain on Lake Tarpon and I loathe ever doing business with them or giving the impression that I endorse its boats or business.The owner(s) clearly care nothing about their customers, products, and employees as patently evidenced by my interactions with them over the course of the last year. As a small business owner, I'm appalled at how this business is managed and operated and I caution everyone before giving them any of your money.Negative stars. One is far too generous. Good riddance.

Do not buy a boat from this place.Purchased a brand new pontoon boat with trailer in 2019. Had nothing but issues first year had to replace axles on trailer. Boat cover does not cover the sides that come with the vessel. The fencing and railing are faded and paint chipping all throughout the boat. Boat has always been properly washed after every trip. Now the boat looks like it's twenty years old. Their solution to the problem is to pay 3800 dollars to replace the railing or buy a new boat.
