The employees and pharmacist here are incompetent. Just bought a house in this area. My doctor in Jacksonville refilled my prescription and the pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable filling it because it was “out of the prescriber area” What???? They make up stuff as they go lol. Go across the street to Walgreen

I have found that the pharmacy experience was really good and I was happy I switched stores. But today, I came in to pick up an RX, and there were two windows for pick-up. I chose the left window. I waited a long time for someone to come up and help me. I noticed a gentleman and his wife hurry up to the right window, and he was immediatly helped. I mentioned that I guess I was standing at the wrong window. I had a feeling that this person did not like me for whatever reason. I am diappointed. Have I chosen the wrong pharmacy? I don't wish to do business with someone who does not acknowledge or respect me.

The pharmacists at this location are always judging and deciding when a doctors prescription, and dose, of a medication is "appropriate" for the patient. Pharmacists have a role, such as clarify information for an illegible prescription, or raising concern about a drug allergy/interaction that could potentially harm a patient. The pharmacist role is not to play doctor. The pharmacist should be trained to "stay in their lane". Professionally, pharmacists should not be allowed to obstruct the doctor/patient relationship, and the pharmacists at this location do. Unless you want to constantly be challanged about your medications, absolutely do not deal with this pharmacy.

Another store taken over by faceless machines. Walked in, found what I needed. Checked myself out and told myself how good of an employee I was. ?

i transferred here from tower oaks cause it's so much closer to my house.... terrible choice. i was filling my dog's meds and i thought maybe the dosage was increased.... no.... the same rx at publix is 9.72, here 51.80.... disgraceful display of greed. and to add insult to injury, matt the smug pharmacist fits to a T. Do not under any circumstances patronize a company based on greed and not the customer. CVS.... nothing but thievery.

If they were lower priced, I would give five stars. In the past, I had a few bad experiences. However, I am so happy and pleased with the excellent services I have gotten lately.

The worst pharmacy. I spent three days and numerous hours trying to get CVS and Walgreens to communicate so that I can get my prescription switched.
