Took my vehicle in for new TMPS sensors and a wheel hub. $1500 in repairs. 2 days later the TMPS sensor isn't connected to the vehicle again. Which leads me to believe it was just relearned and not replaced. I hate to think that but the service center also put a 3" scratch in my paint all the way to the metal(plastic?) and refuses to fix it. Castriota Service and Sams Club offer the same crappy level of service. I won't be returning for service or vehicle purchases. I bought 2 vehicles from your dealership last year.

I recently purchased a new Equinox ls from
castriota Chevrolet, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The saleswoman, Debbie Rozano, provided me with the best deal and exceptional treatment. She was incredibly helpful, nice, and warm throughout the entire process.
Debbie took the time to explain everything about the car in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. Her dedication and patience were greatly appreciated. Please save your time and money by skipping this dealerships service center. Every time I have received my car back there has been nothing but additional problems. I spent 3k in April doing routine maintenance (where they intentionally destroyed my engine cover, then said nothing until I found the remnants in the engine bay), had to bring it back because the engine light turned on, got the vehicle back, then ended up having to bring it back 3 months later for an additional 2k worth of work. The dealership does not notify you of major repairs unless it benefits their commission. The second time I brought my car back was because no one explained to me the issues with the trunk seal could cause a lot of electrical damage if left unattended after replacing my battery back in April (I am not a mechanic or car enthusiast). When tropical storm Debby came through it pushed a bunch of water into the trunk causing electric damage; the paperwork clear as day says “cleaned water out of connectors.” The dealership even states the issue was due to water damage on the paperwork, but told my insurance company it was caused by rust so now I’m fighting an appeal to have the repairs covered. When I initially brought the dealership my car after the storm (knowing I was going to have a dead battery in the morning), they told me I had to schedule an appointment (they refused to take it); scheduled an appointment the next day with additional work such as mileage maintenance and oil change - the dealership literally had to tow my vehicle to the shop because the battery in fact did die. They did none of the additional work after requiring me to set up the appointment, and I later found out that they tightened the bolt to my oil pan from Aprils oil change, so tight, that take 5 had to pump the oil out instead of letting it flow out (I’m praying the bolt isn’t stripped or caused any damage to my pan). Communication is non-existent, you have to be the one to call them and continuously request updates. Please save yourself the headaches and stress; every time I’ve dealt with this dealership it had been nothing but a nightmare; all these events now have me questioning the rest of the work done.

Purchased a new 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe from this place in the deal they were to transfer my aftermarket wheels from my 2023 Tahoe to my 2024 w the new tires and balance them. Done deal I drive away bad vibration in the new vehicle I return to the dealer about the situation they tell me they can’t balance them properly after agreeing to do so and I have to go elsewhere at my expense that is not what the deal was

Marty our "New" service advisor handled our needs for 3 service calls on 2 separate vehicles. Also showed professional courtesy for damage that was done and not reported to us by our dealership that we had been using for over 20 years. Accidents happen but not informing customer and having the them find it is "Unacceptable"!
As of this report for Castriota Service we are very happy with them and will continue our partnership with them at this time. Thank You Marty!!!

Car buying can always be somewhat overwhelming and cause anxiety, especially when you walk on every car lot , and are immediately attacked by the "pushy car salesman" looking to make a sale.. My nerves and anxiety were definitely put at ease with our car saleswoman Ms. Debbie Rezzano. Her years of experience combined with her "down to earth" attitude and approach, definitely made this purchase yesterday (9-5-24) a pleasant , at ease and a memorable one. Thanks again to all the staff, at Castriota Chevrolet for providing us exceptional , pleasant , and above all a memorable experience.
